Aug 20, 2010I received this phone from our inventory at work. I am not sure who used it before me. But, I do not know the lock pass code. How can I hard reset it without knowing the lock password. Everything I try, I am prompted for the lock password except one attempt. I held in the up arrow, shift key and back arrow while powering on. This did some type of reset. But, the lock password still is not 12345. So, either the lock password for Nokia N97 is not 12345 by default, or this is not a true hard reset?

When I browse the Internet how do I know if I am using my corporate network connection or my 3G?The reason I ask is that our company Internet connection is locked down and access to specific sites are either blocked or only accessible at specific times. As an example Facebook can only be accessed between 12:00-14:00. However when I use my BB I can access that site outside of that time - which makes me think that though I am connected to the network I am not using it to access the Internet - albeit it does seem alot faster.

Jan 26, 2012If i put the battery into my blackberry it turns on and looks normal until it has fully verified the software then the screen goes white and it says reset.. when i click reset it does the same again, and it won't connect ot the computer

This makes that some applications (like facebook or twitter) don´t start automatically because I need to enter again my credentials. Apr 16, 2010I've just bought a Storm 2 and I am not happy at all.I thought Blackberry would market & sell a product after have been well tested and ready to go.My Storm2 does not have anything installed just the stuff which came with the smartphone. By other way, my Blackberry does not have any service running: Email, Internet, any other apps. I just have been used to call and get incoming calls and to synchronize with Outlook.
1. The problem 1. is that very often my calls (in or out) are interrupted. I loose the signal, with no one other advise or signal. Suddenly I don't hear anything anymore.
2. The problem 2. is that during calls I often get OS restart. Suddenly during a voice comm the phone turns off and restart. When it turns on again, alone, he gives the following message:
"Uncaught Exception: Missing Resource Net.Rim.Device.Apps.Internal.Bis.Resource.BISClient"
Frequently - typically once a day - I synchronize the Storm 2 and consequently get it online updated.This is stopping me to use my new phone. Keep using my old iPhone and start thinking that using Desire or iPhone would be much better.
