I received this phone from our inventory at work. I am not sure who used it before me. But, I do not know the lock pass code. How can I hard reset it without knowing the lock password. Everything I try, I am prompted for the lock password except one attempt. I held in the up arrow, shift key and back arrow while powering on. This did some type of reset. But, the lock password still is not 12345.

What it's completely new for me is that now each time I'm starting the phone I am requested to input the lock code. After downloading the sis file (ca 6.5 MB, Ovi Store), and starting the installation, finally I got the message that cannot Install. Nokia Suite (initially) wouldn't reflash, saying a SIM card was needed (which was in) but beta labs kindly took note of the error report and released a new Nokia Suite that did allow a reflash.
