I have forgot the security code for my phone which is activated: I know how to hard reset Nokia 5800 Xpress Music BUT after pressing the 4 keys red, green camera and on i get the screen asking for the lock code and this is the reason for the reset as i have forgot the code.

I recently did a hard reset. All of my music stays but when I try to play them. I see a login page trying to retrieve the play license. Now, the irony is that my phone gets identified as a phone without 'Ovi Music Unlimited' which is a totally hilarious. My Nokia account clearly displays that I have the subscription valid till Oct 2011.

Nokia Suite (initially) wouldn't reflash, saying a SIM card was needed (which was in) but beta labs kindly took note of the error report and released a new Nokia Suite that did allow a reflash. This didn't reinstall the video editor however. I took my phone to a Nokia care point prior to this but they couldn't install it either.
