BB Storm :: 9530 Device Does Not Currently Have A Browser Configuration Service Book Entries

I bought a this blackberry on eBay and IM am trying to connect to browser but it wont let me. It saying your device does not currently have a browser configuration service book entries. It also does not have a wifi internet connection server. Help I have got a CD from blackberry but my computer does not have a CD player.

I just got this phone a couple days ago. My provider is O2de, and I have an unlimited data plan (that I verified was working when I couldn't get my browser to work) and I even pay €5 a month just because my phone is a BB. But when I try to get on the internet it says " your device does not currently have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device".
I went and asked the next day, but they said everything is good on their end, and its a problem with my phone. Anyone have any idea of how to fix this? I cant send MMS because I don't have an email account registered because i cant do it without internet. Its really limiting what i can do with my phone.

i just bought a unlocked Blackberry Tour 9630 from Verizon on ebay, it doesn't have WiFi so I have to use the 3G internet. I live in Brazil, anyways, so when I try to connect to the browser it says: "No service book entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the Browser on your device." So I was searching for help and everyone has entries on service book, but when I go to options > advanced > Service Book > * No Entries * I try to register but nothing happens, I really don't know what to do

I recently recieved a replacement Storm from Verizon. My Storm is not accepting the password for my Gmail account, but I know that I am entering it correctly. I called Verizon and after an hour long conversation they couldn't figure out my problem, so I hope I will have better luck with y'all.When I go to Setup-Email Settings
My listed email accounts include my Gmail account, but the text is red and it says "Invalid Account. Please Validate" So I click on it, type my password, and it says "Your xxxx@gmail.com password is invalid. Please try again"If I go to the mobile site or go to gmail on my PC I enter the same password and it works flawlessly. It was working fine on my old Storm. I'm not having any other issues with email or data. I am getting my comcast email that I had no issues setting up. I have tried deleting the gmail account and re-adding it. What could be the issue?On a related note, when I first click "Setup" and then "Email Settings" it wants me to log in to the BIS. It has never prompted me to do that until I got this phone.

I'm having is when I go to send the service books to activate email I keep getting update failed I tried the diagnostic test and manually sending the books. I was wondering if I can replace the verizon email service books with att's books also if that is possible what books will I look for in crackutil any help is appreciated

Having just bought a "Bold 9700" I am new to the BlackBerry-World. I would like to sync my emails (e.g. the emails I wrote and sent on the road) and the adress book entries of the device (software version 5.0.0.423) with "Windows Mail" on my home computer (OS Visa, SP 2). Up to now I couldn't find out how to do this, either with the "Desktop Manager" (version 5.0.1) or with some other piece of software (???). Potentialy it looks like the "DesktopManager" could be up to this task, but the box to check for this is not highlighted, so I can not select this option.

I accidentally deleted the Device Calendar from the Service Book menu. I left my e-mail address calendar that has all of my appointments in it. Now, when I try to sync with the desktop software and outlook, it will not process any calendar appointments. I have a BB Curve 8330.

The web browser is not working on my Pearl.I am with O2 and have been in the O2 shop for an hour today and on the phone to various people at customer services and still no joy on my Blackberry problem.The internet browser is not working. My e-mail has been set up and i can receive mails only, but not send them. The error code: YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY BROWSER CONFIGURATION SERVICE BOOK ENTRIES, or when I try and send an e-mail, NO MESSAGE SERVICE CONFIGURATION appears, despite re-sending service book codes, plus also turning my phone off, and taking the battery off several times whilst in the O2 shop and then at home when on the phone to customer services.The people at my network are stumped, and so am I!Please, any solutions?

When I try to access hotmail from my web browser I get windows live screen that says "we were unable to sign you in with your windows live ID. for help fixing this problem, please visit http://login.live.com on your pc. I have done that but can't see what to fix or change to correct this problem? I have been able to send/receive and be notified of a new email received for years, until recently? Haven't updated, changed or altered anything on my phone either

Everything seems to be working on my bb storm 9530. i have att plan.i cant send or recieve picture messages. i think either the service books are messed up or somethign else is wrong. i get no mms record found. i been reading and cant find a solution. if anyone knows an easy fix i can do from the handheld, great, but i dont want to do somethign dramatic like reinstall the os etc.

I am using Blackberry 9520 currently on 3 Mobile Australia. I have a problem with send and receive email on device. It is because there are no email service on my service book. Even I add or remove email in BIS account serveral time and register for host routng table and clear service book. I've never been able to obtain email service in my service book. Email I add in BIS are @three.blackberry.com and @gmail.com but both of them not work.
I call 3 Customer Care for many time already but they fail to resolve problem. They told me that they already correct service book for me. They told me that the device I have might have a problem asking me to send to service center to check. In my opinion, I didn't make sense to me. Why other service book are working fine except email serivice? Why I cannot obtain only email service? Pin messange, Messenger and Browsing are working OK.

I have a storm running on tmobile. I found a fix to always get an EDGE and did it. it worked the first time and was fine for a few months but then it stopped working so I did it again. When I did my phone stopped having any data service. There are no entries in the host routing table..Ive reregistered my device a million times and its not working. Ive been on the phone with tmobile (they are no help) I read all the post about this but nothing has fixed it.

So I wiped my bb bold 9000. All went well, except when I open up the Desktop Manager to sync my calendar and address book, DM gives me the following error message: The default service for your device's "address book" is no longer available. The new service for synchronization is "blahblah@wrongemail.com"
I have five email addresses linked to my Bold (yahoo, gmail, live, etc) and I want it to sync with my work address book and calendar (not blahblah@wrongemail.com). It had no problem doing this before the wipe...
I have gone in to options/advanced options/default services and changed both options (CICAL and CMIME) to my work email address, but I still get the error message. I even went so far as to delete all five email addresses and start adding them from scratch...making sure that I added my work email address first...figuring that may set it as default.

I've been using my verizon Storm 9550 for a few months now without any serious problem. However since 2 days ago, the browser could only display mobile site correctly. Every time I try to go to a full site, it displays a loading bar and after that it just shows a blank screen. Even when I try to search on google, the result page is always blank. Could anyone tell me what is going wrong here?

I just updated my Unlocked Verizon Storm 9530 to new OS 5.0.0328 after 2 weeks trying. after great help from BBstorm4me, I was able to complete upgrade. I installed my backup to reinstall my contacts but I now have no browser and the instructions of register now from the Advance options does not work!!! It stays blank. My phone is working with calls and text but no Internet? It was working fine prior to OS update. How do I get my Internet back and my Browser?
I see all these great post for those on At&T and Verizon, but no one is listing any info to those users that are not paying 100.00 + bucks a month! Im in California and am using Cricket paying only 45.00 per month with unlimited text, calls, and internet. I paid $75.00 for the BB 9530 and $30.00 to flash. I surely dont want to pay another 30.00 to re-flash the phone just to get the internet back that was working fine prior to OS upgrade.

I have a BBS 9530 and it has extremely low application device memory. I have removed everything (3rd party applications) and I still only have 7KB of memory available. I believe everything is being saved to my memory card and not my device memory. What steps can I take to increase the amount of application device memory? It looks like my phone is running 5.0.0.0.328.

So I purchased a 1.5TB drive and set out to rip all my CD that I have been collecting since the 80's. I decided to put some of these CD's on my Storm. I opened the handy dandy DM and clicked on the media sync, but I would be damned if I could not figure any way to import specific albums. I can sync all (I have way too much to do that) or recently changed. But how the hizzy do I import only specific albums? Do I simply open the music sync folder on the memory card on my computer desktop and drag them over? If this is the case, why is the BB music sync program so lame?
