For the last 2 days I have been trying to figure out why I cannot email a picture anymore.The option SEND after opening the email option is gone. In the email window the email is also on DEFAULT and no email recipients start showing when i type the name of the recipient in TO.What is the problem here? I can send a picture from BBM, I can reply email messages.
View 3 RepliesI renamed a pic in the main pictures folder. It disappeared and I can only find it if I Explore then go to pictures. It's saved on the media card like all the others but now when i take a picture it doesn't show up in the main pictures folder, I have to explore and go to pictures. How do I make my pictures go back to the main folder when I take them and put the old ones back too?

I have a Torch 9810. I had my email account set up on it and I've never had any problems. Today, I realised I hadn't been receiving emails. So I checked the settings in setup and couldn't find anything amiss. I've tried the usual stuff - sending service books, host routing table registration, numerous battery pulls and restarts, and deleting/re-adding my email account. None of it has worked.
The only thing that happens when I am trying to activate the email address is it says "contacting server....retrying..." and doesn't do anything else.
Is there something I can do? It's driving me mad not being able to sort it out
I tried with both the standard email (error message could not download attachment)Â app and Nine (progress bar stops) it's not working anymore. I have deleted and re-installed Nine, deleted the email account and added it again, changed the email download size to all, countless restarts, unmount / mount SD card - nothing worked so far.

View 3 Replies View RelatedSince I have installed this last OS ipgrade on BB TORCH, (6.0 offer 1907), I cannot access anymore the mail set up. Clicking on the icon bring me sometimes to the choice for personnal email or enterprise and when I click on personal, I come back to the menu. Sometimes I canot even go to thi screen and I stay at the menu level.
I have my emails set up correctly for the blackberry web site, and I sent the service book to my mobile. I get emails working correctly.

Read a fix to turn off predictive text so I have to do that now just to use the email app.Now, I can't even type in the body of an email. If I create a new email, it prompts for the recipient, which I enter fine. Then it lets me select the subject field but it will not go into the body of the email when I touch it to begin typing my email. I've tried changing keyboards, minimizing the keyboard - nothing. This happens about 95% of the time.

The instruction stated that I needed to launch the Setup Wizard and click on the Email Accounts icon and then select the "Internet mail Account" icon to verify my password. View 11 Replies View RelatedThe email client on my N8 with Belle suddenly stopped working. I have configured my email with IMAP (Standard not OVI!) and it was working OK until a couple of days ago. Now I can not retrieve/send any email - I always get the message: "Unable to sign in. Try again.". I also tried and removed this particular account and added it once again (as a matter of fact I did this about 10 times!!!) but still no emails are shown. Of course this same mail is working perfectly on all of my PCs and notebooks.

I took a great family photo with my camera and it looks fantastic. When I E mail it to both my aol and gmail account, only 1/2 of the picture gets sent to the account. I even tried sending it to my facebook page and my work E mail and the exact same thing happens. I can see if the picture was appearing only 1/2 on my phone. I need to send this photo to family members....

I have Gmail on my iPhone 4 (with Verizon). I'm having a problem where I cannot download picture attachments. It was working fine just a couple days ago, but now when I tap the download picture icon in the email, it will blink, and sometimes act like it's starting to download, then the icon will reappear, and nothing has happened.
I can forward the email again, including the original attachment, and then the picture shows up fine in the new email, but with the original one, I can't get the picture to appear.

I've just emailed a picture to myself and retrieved it on my phone, it says 'Attachment saved to sd card as Null' but I've looked everywhere and can't find it. I've also lost my User Guide since updating my phone after a phone prompt, when I try and access it it says 'Cannot find User guide on memory card. The memory card has been removed or the files have been deleted. Are these two things linked?

When i receive an email or picture message i am unable to open it, it will try and download it but it will either say download failed or reach 100% and then do nothing. My carrier is koodo mobile but since picture messaging works on other phones i don't believe that is the issue.
