We are using BES version 5 which allows HTML formatted email. We have developed an in-house application that allows users to navigate from a hyper link in an email to an web-based application. Each time they click on a hyperlink they get a popup titled "Continue to myurl.domain.com/application/.....". how we can suppress this popup
View 4 Repliesi've been noticing that while I'm on apps such as Facebook or Instagram that my phone will start clicking on people's profiles, liking posts, or clicking links unprovoked. I thought maybe it was a problem with the apps, but I started noticing it happening whike sending a text the phone will click on suggested words by itself, and even if I'm just on the home screen apps will open on their own.

As you can see in the screenshot only the 7 digit numbers are the one who gets an hyperlink, is there anyway to fix this in the settings? I flashed G920FXXU1AOD5_G920FOLB1AOD5_XTC 5.0.2 coming from an 5.0.2 of the country Mauritius (based on samsung phone info app) still doesn't get fixed I think flashing different roms will not fix it ...

It's a new phone (had it less than two weeks), browser started out working fine, then two days ago it started to refuse to display the text for the hyperlinks in web pages. Same problem with certain online apps, like ESPN's, so I'm pretty sure it's a Blackberry software problem. OS is v6.0.0.526, AT&T is the provider.

What are the requirements to get this feature working? Just tested MfE 3.00.050 witha Nokia E71 phone running latest firmware v400 against MS Exchange 2003 SP2, and jus cannot see HTML formatted mail. Just the unformatted text is shown on the MfE client.
Do I need to do some configuration in OWA or in Exchange mailbox server? Or does this feature work only with MS Exchange 2007 OWA? If HTML message format really is supported in Nokia E71 and MfE 3.0.0050, I guess it should work with the latest phone firmware.
New HTC One M8. Some of my emails state this. I checked the same email on my MAC and it displays fine. So I'm guessing that it is a problem with the email app on the phone and not my provider. I tried to increase the mail size limit, but that didn't work. I don't see any settings for enabling HTML.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy z3 is connected to my Samsung tv via a hml to hdmi/usb cable and displays the screen no trouble. It shows Internet pages no trouble too but when it comes to playback of movies, YouTube, streaming video over the wifi it is virtually impossible to watch due to it taking an age to load, playback the movie. On disconnecting the cable normal Internet speed resumes and videos steam without lag. Is it phone settings or tv or wifi?

So when I was surfing the web using Chrome, I bump into a website that show popup ads and only "Ok" option available, so I just keep clicking "ok" and "ok", sometime my phone vibrate and there's few times it also download some file and went to my 'Downloads' apps, but I didn't open/click the files, will my phone got virus or any prob?
Btw, I immediately download file explorer app and delete the files inside the 'Downloads' folder, but the file still exist in 'Downloads' app.

Can anybody tell me that how to enable HTML formatted emails in nokia e72? I Owned a E71 & it has such a feature that I can activate HTML formatted email & Non-HTML formated emails. But I don't find any feature in Nokia E72. I receive all the mails as text messages. I use Other Emails.

Since then all of my messages which contain html code are displayed as is, without the phone parsing the code. What I mean is instead of normal writing I just get html code.

View 1 Replies View RelatedEvery day at 5pm, I get an annoying pop up message. The message only says "Featured App" across the top. It appears to be a solicitation for various apps. Everything from budgeting to making messages invisible for a "secret affair." Its neither a text message nor an email, just pops up on the phone. The only option is the download link at the bottom which takes me to App World. If I hit the end button several times, it will sometimes go away.
It appears to have started when I upgraded App World a couple of weeks back.
I downloaded a couple of apps, deleted a few afterwards, now i get an ad pop up after i hang up from calls. Is there any way to stop this from happening? Do I need to delete all the new apps in order to get rid of this annoying pop up ad? (pop up ad: the screen goes white and the ad is very little in the upper left hand corner.)

View 5 Replies View RelatedI updated my 2-week-old LG G3 to Lollipop this morning. Working great, except they doubled up on an annoying feature from KitKat.
With my first Android phone, I could press once on a Call Forwarding quickdial shortcut, and the phone would immediately dial, forward calls, and disconnect. (The quickdial shortcut calls (*722065551212) ). KitKat saw fit to add a popup confirmation window:
Call forwarding (*72)
All incoming calls will be forwarded to 206-555-1212
Dial *73 to turn off Call Forwarding
(Cancel) (Forward calls)
I disliked this popup as soon as I saw it. Sadly, when I run call forwarding under Lollipop, the popup appears, I press (Forward calls), the popup closes, then appears again. After the second press of (Forward calls), the call is completed and calls are forwarded.
Is there a setting to return to the pre-KitKat behavior? Or even the KitKat behavior, with a single popup?
I looked at the app store, and tried several free call forwarding apps. They all send the same signal to the phone's dialer, resulting in the same double popup.
I am using Nexus 5. i upgraded it to Lollipop but because of certain reasons i did not like it much so downgraded Lollipop to Kitkat 4.4.4. I have successfully done it. But the problem now i am facing is that "i dont get notifications for Messages, Facebook etc".
View 1 Replies View Related I use my phone now. The recent apps/multiwindow thing keeps popping up, no matter what I'm doing and even if I quit all my running apps. Despite restarts and complete phone drainage, this problem keeps occuring for the past month or 2.
I use my phone to play games a lot (like several hours a day), have active Line group conversations, use Facebook app frequently w/its Messenger app, and I also use Dodol Launcher for my phone too. I really don't want to go to the factory default method of fixing things, especially since it's a major pain to reinstall all the games that I have installed. However, a quick search through google doesn't seem to show any results about this continuous recent apps popup bug.
