BB Software :: Missing App After Update

Updated my Bold 9790 to OS 7.1 yesterday through DTM. The Amazon MP3 Music Store App, which was a pre-installed App on the device when purchased is missing. I have locked everywhere on my device as well as DTM and its not there. However in files, file folders, device, home, user, I scroll down to the bottom and there is some kind of folder, with a music sign at the side for Amazom mp3 music store.. 0KB, When I select it, it takes me to the media player and shows an error message on the screen.

Updated my Bold 9790 to OS 7.1 yeserday and the Amazon mp3 music srore app is missing from the media folder. I Have look everywhere on my device and DTM. Does anyone have the link to download this, not the one from app world but the one that comes with the phone, which is pre-installed.

I finally gave in and updated the phone because the shutdowns and restarts were getting ridiculous but now cant find / or access memory card no matter how many times i restart my phone or take the card out however the card itself is fine and works as i can put it directly in laptop and access my stuff on there.

Hi,I updated my phone with the new OS that was recently released, and all of my contacts except one have disappeared from my address book. The names still show up in my call log, but I cannot call or text them by typing in their name. I have l looked at related topics that indicate turning off filters in my contacts, but they're not on (and turning them on doesn't solve the problem).

I tried to update to Android 4.0 via the Sony Ericsson Bridge for Mac. The software prompted me to change the settings to MTP, after I changed, my Mac couldn't detect the phone. After I disconnected the phone, I found that many of my Apps went missing. Went to Google Play store to reinstall the apps, only to get the message "App cannot be installed in default location". My phone memory storage has been really low lately, about 30Mb left, and I haven't installed any new apps. I have moved most of the apps to my SD card, not sure what has happened.

I recently updated my 3GS from 4.0 software to 5.1. I feel like I am missing features. Do I need to also download the 9 downloads of the 4.2-5.0 updates to get everything or is it included in the 5.1?

i updated to v 31.0.101 today in order to download the ovi maps stuff, and now under Connectivity there is no longer an option for WLAN!? How do I get wireless back? I'd rather not update if it means having internet (no data plan).

i had some hardware issues in my nokia 700. just yesterday i received back my cell from Nokia care.while resolving the issue, they had updated the firmware.now i am missing many things in my cell.Fruit Ninja game, Angry Birds magic, and 3 more apps which came pre-installed are not there.further, to make it worse, my phone now denies to play mp4 format videos, which earlier it used to play.god know, what's more missing and i will come to know later.somebody please guide me towards how to get these this back..

Updated this morning to camera v2. Now there are all the second pages from the menus missing. If i click on "more" nothing shows up. So i am unable to get to Image stabilisation or grid. I cleared the data and cache but its still not working.

I just updated my iphone 4s to OS 5.1.1 The iphone is blocked when a call is missing. The only way to unblock is taking off the sim card. I never had any problem after updated the OS.

Ive downloaded ringtones recently but they have disappeared? When the new update became available on my iPhone 6 this morning it said doing the update would resolve this issue.
Ive done the update but still don't have the ringtones. Is there something else I need to do to get them back??

Basically, last night I had a blinking update sign on my N900. I clicked to update as I normally do. The update was 100% successful (Before this, my last update was on 20th April 2010).
As the phone re-booted itself I checked my messages and found that all my new messages have vanished from my Conversations & recently added contacts between 20th April - 28th May (last night)!!! ;0(
I contacted Nokia and they said there is a way to retrieve these but when I took it to a Nokia Centre (in Carphone Warehouse) they said they will need to reboot the whole thing and everything will be deleted!
My Backup reads as follows:
Backup4 29/05/10 This is backup Carphone Warehouse tried (but took me back to settings as Backup 2)
Backup3 28/05/10 This is yesterday backup which lost my messages - 4.3MB
Backup2 03/04/10 Previous backup (the stage where my phone is now) - 3.4MB
