Feb 16, 2011The memos on my curve have suddenly all disappeared. I have a back-up, however the database is greyed out when I try to restore it and it will not restore.

But, when i plug into itunes on my mac, it all shows up as all the tunes are still there in playlists folders.

Jun 11, 2012I purchased my iPhone 4S from Saudi Arabia, and I had FaceTime.
A month later, I traveled to Venezuela, the moment I got home and turned on my iPhone, FaceTime suddenly disapperead.
I know some of you will call me crazy and tell me that FaceTime is disabled for iDevices bought in the Middle East, but I swear to God I had it right there in my iPhone.

BB Torch :: Inbox Folder Has Suddenly Disappeared
Jul 14, 2011All of a sudden one of my email IN box folders has dissapeared. All the email accounts are OK but one of them just says No Messages and the In Box folder has vanished. I can recieve messages and read them off the Messages icon but they wont appear in the In Box for the account.

Apr 17, 2015Yesterday I set up voice commands on my S6 under Google/Google Now. Under settings there was an opportunity to select whether you want the voice recognition just from within Google or "from any screen". I opted for "from any screen"had the "from any screen". Today no matter what I do it is just not available - the ONLY option shown is from within Google. The 'voice training' is gone, option for any screen is gone and I cannot get it back no matter what I tried.
I have tried it with TouchWiz, Nova launcher and Google Now launcher - same problem. I have tried English (US) English (Canada) and English (UK) as default language all to no avail.
Yesterday when it was "working" I definitely saw that the function was sporadic, sometimes worked, sometimes not. But now I can't even select that option.

May 4, 2012Yesterday while listening to a podcast, I decided to check the weather. I clicked the home button and scrolled over to where the app is, and to my horror, all my apps were gone. I have ios5, but not the most recent update. When I check system storage in settings it shows that there is space being taken up by the apps, but there is nothing showing in the app count that shows up on that screen. I tried doing a hard reboot, I tried downloading a new app to see if it would bring them back and nothing works. I even tried enabling restrictions and disabling restrictions as well and no luck. I think I have a backup from a couple of weeks ago, but if I have to go that route, won't it erase my current text messages and pics? I'm wondering if I create a backup of the phone in its current state if that would reload the apps when I restore from this backup. This is not a jailbroken phone.

When I plug my BB into my computer though all I see is the contents of the memory card and there are no memos on there. Apr 6, 2012My Blackberry Curve has developed a frustrating problem. A couple of weeks ago, the screen started fading out to white and wouldn't go back to normal operating screenThe only way to get it back was to connect it to my Mac and restart via BlackBerry desktop. All fine, but it has continued to do this on a daily basis. If I am on a call, the tell tale sign is a loud crackle, then bang - have lost all connection and the white screen of death is back. Taking out the battery and restarting doesn't fix it.I backed up my files last month and when I'd restart it, everything was restored. Until this week, that is. I can't restore my memos from the backup file and three games have also disappeared (not that they matter ... much!).
When I go into the back file, the memos is in grey (where you should be able to tick the box), with a note at the bottom that says: "Dimmed entries are read-only data bases and cannot be restored."I know there must be a way to get then back, but I'm at my wit's end. I've got some important notes on them and want them back before I replace my Curve.

Mar 26, 2012I have memos on old blackberry curve 8320 that i need to transfer to my new blackberry curve 8320. i used the switch device option in the blackberry desktop software and it copied every thing except the memos. now there isn't even a memo pad icon on my new blackberry. I tried to re-sync the new blackberry from one of my old back ups but memos are dimmed out as read only files that cannot be restored.
