I have a curve 9300 3G and it has a rebooting problem. it freezes momentarily then reboots when it gets a phone call and only sometimes reboots when you get a BBM or text. Also when you move the track pad too fast I've gone to a small phone specialist and he did whatever to it but it still isn't working, battery isn't loose and it doesn't need a software update.
View 1 RepliesIf I wanted to delete a song or make a new playlist and adjust it on my iphone through itunes it has the spinning wheel of death. mostly for a minute or so, but sometimes it just freezes and i have to force quit out of it. i have an iphone 4s and use a mac. everything is up to date and this has been occuring ever since i got my phone a few months ago, didn't really bother me until now because i now know someone else who has this same issue. it can get really aggravating when i try to make playlist and it just freezes for a few minutes when i move one song.

Lately, anytime I try to start Google Search (main home screen widget) in either voice mode or typng mode, the app starts, then freezes momentarily, then the phone does a shut down and restarts.
Running 4.4.2 on Sprint.
my samsung galaxy s2 is acting very weird lately.
here are the symptoms i encounter:
1. video randomly pauses - after ~20 to 30 seconds of playback, the back light turns off and immediately goes back on and resumes playback. this is regardless where the video is stored.
2. online videos (e.g. from Internet) randomly pauses - after ~20 to 30 seconds of playback, video is paused and streaming is also restarted.
3. camera momentarily freezes - video display turns off and immediately goes back on as if it has recovered from an error. same is encountered when using the front camera.
also, if you know the web browser 'dolphin', it has a feature of 'keep screen on' that will keep the back light on even if there is no activity on the phone. however, since my phone is acting weird lately, the backlight of my phone turns off after some time even if the 'keep screen on' feature is enabled.
this gave me an impression that the problem must be somewhat related to the backlight or memory. but i am not really sure. i tried to power off the phone, removed the battery, removed the sim, removed the sd, but the problem still persists.
this is annoying as hell because i cannot watch videos smoothly anymore and my video calls randomly stops.

- not rooted
- android version 2.3.3
- system storage 894mb free out of 1.97gb
- usb storage 5.66gb/ 11.5gb
- sd card 192mb / 1.9 gb
- ram ~400-550mb / 837mb
It freezes and reboots anywhere from 5-14 times a day 14 is the most it has done it to me some far. I tried deleting everything and restoring it as a new phone as i was told to do when i called for support but it did not work

View 1 Replies View RelatedCurrently I have G920FXXU2BOFJ Baseband and it constantly crashes, even without doing anything. The crashes/reboots are completely random and very annoying. I have tried to update the firmware to a latest version from France (which had some updates for Android 5.1.1, file name G920FXXU2BOG8_G920FOXA2BOG8_XEF) but the problem persists.
Trying to revert the firmware to the original I made a mess so I'm currently using Smart Switch as I write to recover the phone from the dead. I thought it was a hardware problem, but I can leave the phone in Download Mode for as long as I want without issues (not very useful as a smartphone that way though ) However, even in the Wipe Data/Cache mode it still freezes.
I've had xyboard 10.1 since Christmas and I absolutely love it but I am starting to get a lot of random reboots, at first it was just when I was doing a lot of tasks all at once but now even mundane tasks like just running the browser will cause it to freeze for a minute then just randomly reboot?

It will show a notification either on the lock screen or active screen and sometimes shows up momentarily upon opening the text but then disappears. I don't think it started happening until yesterday.

View 1 Replies View RelatedLately my blackberry has been shutting down then the red lights comes on for a few seconds then an hour glass shows up for a few seconds more then it reboots and it only reboots then when it turns back on I have no battery what so ever after it reboots even if the battery on full there would be noting left of the battery after rebooting I've called my service provider and they told me my software was corrupted so reinstalled the software as they told me and that still didn't work. It doesn't reboot while its on the charger though.

When it does this it will go black, the red light will come on and it usually goes off after a short time. After that a black screen with a clock pops up and finally the BlackBerry screen with the loading bar at the bottom. It goes through this process several times before it will turn on. When it does come on it tells me the battery is drained, even if it was fully charged before it shut off. It makes it pointless to keep paying for a phone.

The reboot bar reaches as far as about where the letter 'e' is in the word 'Blackberry' in the middle of the reboot screen. Then the red LED flashed and the Torch reboots again.

My phone randomly reboots while it's sitting there not being used. This is very odd and I'm starting to believe it's a firmware bug so I ask you to report this to the dev team. Basically the phone will reboot and that's it, but not a full reboot, because it won't ask for pin code, it will just close all apps, play the boot animation, and go back to the lock screen. The only way to tell it happened is either to be looking at the phone as it reboots or check under diagnostics -> system incidents. My phone is totally stock and I don't have anything too weird installed that would mess with the system. It has been factory reset and refurbished.

I have used the Sony PC Companion to repair the phone twice (reset and reinstall all the software) but still have the same problem.
I have read o lot of posts here and have no SD-card installed and also removed my SIM-card. I have tried to use the phone in safe mode and without any WiFi. Nothing worked.
I suspect that my phone reboots or turn itself of when the phone gets hot... but it could also be for some other reasons.
My wife's 950 keeps rebooting on her constantly throughout the day. What could be causing this? Should I have it replaced by AT&T?

It looks like "fast" reboot, when only "Samsung" logo displayed briefly and phone is quickly coming back to working mode. Sometimes after such reboot screen and soft buttons aren't responding and I have to turn it off/on with power button. Them it back to normal...

I first noticed the problem when it was laying face up in my truck and started rebooting only while driving. I figured it must of been the vibration, so I tapped the back of it with my hand and it restarted. Especially when I tap the camera lense. If I place it down on a hard surface face up it reboots too. View 4 Replies View RelatedSince the start that I own my Galaxy S6 I'm having issues with the phone. The biggest issue is that when I use my phone it will freeze for 1/2 seconds and then it does a soft reboot.
All my apps/data stays open but I have to wait for like 1 minute before I can start working again.
The weird thing is that sometimes it happens like 4 times in half an hour but sometimes it doesn't reboot for more then a month. Then you think 'finally it doesn't happen anymore' and then from outta nowhere it reboots itself, it's really frustrating.
I've already factory reset my phone and wiping my cache partition but it won't work.
