I have a Black Berry Bold, and i want to set up yahoo mail, Hotmail on it.But i can't find the button anywhere!I followed the instructions on You Tube's step by steps, but on the You Tube video appeared an "Email set up" icon on the "set up" selection.
But my Black Berry didn't have that icon.Next i tried the set up wizard, but it only let me choose Enterprise Activation mail for exchange Accounts.
I gave my 8320 to my niece , however i have two email accounts and a tmo.blackberry. email email on the phone, she is not using a data plan how do i delete the accounts off the phone? I can not find the icon for setting up email? what do i do?
View 9 Replies View Relatedi have a blackberry curve and is set up to o2 i can get texts and some web. but no blackberry service at all no web and no email says cannot find provider. been on phone to o2 and all is ok there end, so why can i connect to blackerry.i have done the register thing from options and took battery out etc but nothing pls cn you help amd a PC and need email for work mobile.

I have one working well after hours of frustration. It seemed that I could only get this first account to sync when I set the email account up through the SYNC EMAIL menu (now I can't find this anywhere). (this is after using the email wizard, getting connection but no new messages). This second account was created with the email wizard as I can't find the SYNC EMAIL command. Both accounts seem to connect. But only one collects the gazillion test emails I keep sending.

View 1 Replies View RelatedWell I have had my blackberry tour for almost a week and i put the OS5.0 .419 tonight. so far so good, but i have my regular message folder, but there is no email folder and i went and setup my email ont he phone but there is no foler that i can find to actually read them in. its not evn getting any of my email cuz i sent one to the registered address. its not abig deal as it did drive me nuts getting all my emails on it, when i only check email when im away from home on my phone. i can always log on line to do it thru the phone, its just buggin me. i had the htc touch pro before this, and the blackberry so far is a love hate thing.

This used to work on my Droid and Droid 2. I receive an HTML email, which appears as 3 attachments, 2 text and one HTML. If I click on either of the TXT attachments I'm offered the choice of HTML Viewer or QuickOffice to view them. However when I click on the HTML attachment (the actual mail body) it goes straight to the browser, which tries to opencontent://com.motorola.blur.service.email.engine.EmailProvider/bodyparts/file/3/329_5.attand drops me into a google search browser window "did not match any documents". IOW it cannot find that file/location.
It's as if the email tool is creating an address (storage location) for the attachment that the browser doesn't recognize; or that it is creating one but passing a different handle to the HTML reader. Over a variety of emails the pattern is .../file/x/yyy_5.att.sing "Files" I can't find anything that looks like these attachment files, apparently it is below user visibility. can save the attachment into Messages then view it with the HTML Viewer; but I don't want to do that a dozen times a day.
I upgraded to OS .442, and cannot find the link 'Enable HTML Email' under email settings?
