View 2 Replies View RelatedI understand the steps to generate and auto signature - Go to email, click menu/options/email settings/auto signature ON, and type in your signature. However when I click on Email Settings there is no option for Auto Signature. The only options are:
Enable HTML email yes/no
Confirm Delivery yes/no
Confirm Read yes/no
Send Read Receipts yes/no
There is no mention of auto signature.
I've had my 8900curve a while now but I am only just connecting it to the computer and to the desktop manager. I want to sync it with my work outlook account and it works fine except it doesn't Auto Sync even though I have the option Enabled any thoughts? I can sync but I have to do it manually every time I connect the phone.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI want to manage my work emails on my personal blackberry but I want to know if there is any way of setting the email so it only receives mail between 9-5.30 weekdays, so I don't get bombarded with work related emails whilst not working - a little like auto on/off. This function actually exists? Or will I just need to switch off the configuration?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI recieved my Curve 8520 6 days ago and I am still waiting on my service provider contacting me about the Blackberry Tariff HOWEVER when setting up my phone using the Wizard Setup I did not have two options for the email setup, only Enterprise Email Activation...I have never had one, this is my first Blackberry. How do I apply the other option of Add An Email Address? Or does this mean that the phone has been used by someone else (even though it was bought from my service provider "brand new"), or a fault has arisen? What can be done?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have had my curve for over a year now on my Orange contract. I have just been given a new Sim Card by my company. This Sim card is with Vodafone. I got my phone unlocked and the new Sim card is working fine for everything but emails. There isnt even an option to set-up the email accounts!!
I contacted Vodafone and they said that the phone had already been registered with an email server. Which it has beacause i was using it with my other Orange contract. All they could suggest was buying a new handset!! But surely that means if anyone sells their blackberry handset, the new owner wont be able to use email, this cant be right.
i just became fan of blackberry. i am trying to set up the email i already have in my yahoo account. I am following the guide and i go to setup email settings. However, there is just the option of "I want to use a work email account with a blackberry enterprise server". is there any other way to set up my yahoo account in my device?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI bought a 9320 and im trying to set up my personal email but it is not an option. It only gives me the option to set up an enterprise email account which is no good to me.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI bought a used 8530 for my Verizon service. When going through setup the phone only gives me the option of setting up email with a Blackberry email account. On my old Blackberry Pearl I was allowed to setup Gmail in the same page. What do I need to do to get Gmail setup and running?I was told that it may take a few hours for the data stuff to kick in from Verizon. Does that have anything to do with not being able to set up Gmail? I do have a Blackberry data plan.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI did a search, and I seem to be having the opposite issue many others have had. I am trying to setup a Blackberry Enterprise Server email address on my Blackberry 8530, but I only have the option to setup a personal one in the Email Setup Wizard. I do have a black berry data plan setup, my personal email is working fine on the blackberry, but I need the enterprise option to work with my work's email. I cannot find any support to detail why this is happening.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI had a pearl for a few years and just upgraded to the curve a few days ago. The problem is I can't reply to emails. After I receive an email I can select reply and type in my response. I then press the menu key and the only options that come up are "help, save draft, flag, Add to:, Add CC,,etc" I can fwd the email and I can send a new email. For some reason I can reply with my hotmail account no problem but not with my gmail account. This all worked fine on my pearl.
