BB Software :: Can't Delete Emails From Servers
Jan 26, 2010I just upgraded to v4.5.0.173 and now I don't have the ability to delete emails on the server. Before, I had the option to delete from server or delete on device only.

Jan 7, 2011Yesterday all our email accounts on @mobileemail.vodafone.net. I have got Vodafone to list the case with RIM. But is there anymore i can do?
The message we getting is antispam43.c0.bise7.blackberry.We are not on any blacklists. Is there a way of checking what ip's blackberry block. Ask them to take us off, if we on there blacklist. Is anyone else getting this?

May 15, 2012Why doesn't Apple in its infinite wisdom have a way of deleting all emails at once from the inbox instead of requiring iphone users to tediously check each email after tapping edit and then deleting emails in bunches or singly.

May 14, 2010When i delete an email on my blackberry in my gmail account - it does not matter whether i choose 'on mailbox and handheld' or 'on handheld' - the email does not delete itself. It is still sitting there in my list of emails but now it says (0 Items) in the header and has one of the gold stars next to it (the kind you usually select to add when an email is important) and i can no longer open the email.I have tried everything in the options menu including:-Trying to delete the message again- Remove star- Move to inbox-Reconcile nowbut nothing happens. I even deleted this email address off of my blackberry and re-added it and still nothing

No problems for two previous years and no problem with the business emails under separate name. Have verified they are not saved. Have tried usual processes, one by one delete, all prior delete, etc. Can delete on computer, but still appear on the Blackberry. (Tour 9630/no new apps or downloads during this time/ pretty basic phone and email usage, and no prior problems relating to this issue.) Have already checked prior entries on this forum. Either not applicable, or had no impact on the problem.

May 21, 2015I'm using my S6 edge with a hosted Exchange account and the default Samsung e-mail app. I have a number of e-mails (currently, 14) in my in-box that will not be deleted on my phone. If I delete them on the phone, they reappear there later! The same messages do not appear anywhere else when I access my Exchange account (Outlook, iPad, etc.) So, it is definitely something specific to the phone's e-mail app. (I've used three previous Samsung phones without this issue.)
