I have an SMS string of like 50 messages. I would like to either save this entire string as some sort of file and email it, or, just forward the string in some fashion.Only options I've seen in the realm of FWD were to do one at a time.I tried to even copy/paste however, when I highlight the txt, it automatically stops at the start/ending of each message, which would take awhile.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a brand new, unlocked Blackberry Bold 9780 (originally a Roger's phone, now using with Fido). I was able to setup my emails to the device and can also receive emails. However, I am unable to open, reply or forward the emails. I can only get rid of the message indicator by marking the email open or deleting the message. I have done numerous hard restarts (i.e. battery pulls) and this does not correct the problem. I am using OS 6.0 Bundle 1879 which I just updated to today using desktop manager. I've scoured the web for answers and can't find one.

View 3 Replies View RelatedThis is my first iPhone and one of the main reasons I was so excited to have a smart phone was because I could ae all of my messages. I love to go back and reread conversations. I tried doing this in one of my threads and I noticed it would no longer let me see the very beginning. I know I never deleted it. I checked again a few weeks later and noticed I could see even less. I don't have an automatic delete set up and on conversations without iMessage I can see the whole conversation fine, and those threads extend even farther back than the other one.

Is there anyone out there that can tell me a way to save an ENTIRE Text Chat - as an alternative to saving each SMS msg?I find it incredible that RIM coud not have introduced this facility... or that someone somewhere does not know of an app or PC download that can do this.Perhaps it is complex - but surely there must be a lot of users who would like to do this?

I have a string that I have been using for a friend, but only 200 messages are showing in the string, instead of all of the messages. When I recieve a text, one of the earlier texts drops off the string. Is there some setting I'm missing? When I used to scrol to the beginning of the string, there was a bar there that said "Show Earlier Messages" It is no longer there.

However, as soon as I pull email from the pop account on my home computer, I lose all of the messages on my phone. Isn't there a way to download messages onto my phone and keep them? View 3 Replies View RelatedWhen emailing, or more importantly replying to emails the signature is placed at the very bottom of the email string. The signature is not placed at the end of the body of the message. If this doesnt make sense to all of you let me go further - if you are sending a reply to someone, your signature will show as the last line or lines on the message instead of after your main text and before the original email.
This happened to me when I had a BB 8820 and now with the BB 9700 I am starting to notice it. What puzzles me is that it does not happen all of the time. Has anyone done any testing with different mail servers? Is RIM working on a resolution for this issue? I think that it is great that people have mentioned using auto text and so on but thats not a solution, that is a work around.
When I have a file upload dialog on a web form, I am able to choose photos from my gallery, and music tracks fine. If I choose "Files" as a source and then "Phone Files", the form element always shows the filename with an appended forward slash ( / ), and the file will not upload properly. I have a website for mobile phones that allows people to submit records of reptiles and amphibians in real time while they are in the field. This issue came up when I was trying to upload mp3s of frog calls that I had just recorded. The mp3 files from RecForge do not show up in the "Select music track" option, so I had to browse files to find them, but it did not work due to this issue. A friend of mine has two HTC phones, and has the same issue. I contacted Android Support originally, and they told me I had to contact my phone manufacturer.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI used to be able to see a combined list of my emails, SMS texts, missed phone calls, voicemails and just about anything else when I opened the Message folder icon on my Blackberry Curve 8330 desktop, but now when I open it, all I get is a blank white screen. When I hit the menu button, the menu pops up without a problem and if I click the track ball, it will open a message, but I can't see the list itself.Also, when I go to view folder I can access any of the individual folders and they come up just fine. The only problem is the combined message list you're supposed to get when you open up the icon on the desktop (or application menu).

Is it possible to auto-forward text messages (SMS) on iPhone 4? I have an iPhone for personal use and a company issued iPhone for work. So not to have to carry both phones, I have forwarded the incoming calls from the personal phone to the work phone, but I have not been able to find a way to auto-forward the text messages received on the personal iPhone to the work iPhone.
