BB Torch :: How To Forward Entire SMS Text Conversation
Aug 24, 2010
How can I forward an entire SMS conversation on my Blackberry Torch? I used to use the app called CrunchSMS on my Blackberry Bold but it's not available for the Torch yet.
I need to find an app or procedure that will allow me to retrieve a text conversation that goes back several months. Is there an app anyone is aware of that does that?
Is there anyone out there that can tell me a way to save an ENTIRE Text Chat - as an alternative to saving each SMS msg?I find it incredible that RIM coud not have introduced this facility... or that someone somewhere does not know of an app or PC download that can do this.Perhaps it is complex - but surely there must be a lot of users who would like to do this?
This is my first iPhone and one of the main reasons I was so excited to have a smart phone was because I could ae all of my messages. I love to go back and reread conversations. I tried doing this in one of my threads and I noticed it would no longer let me see the very beginning. I know I never deleted it. I checked again a few weeks later and noticed I could see even less. I don't have an automatic delete set up and on conversations without iMessage I can see the whole conversation fine, and those threads extend even farther back than the other one.
I tried to delete a series of messages i was recieving from a stranger but as i was deleting them from the sms screen i recieved a new text from a friend and it seems i have deleted all my messages from that friend as well as the stranger. Is there any way i can recover these messages? I would presume they are still stored somewhere on my phone,I should mention my phone is a Curve 8520 currently on v5
I have an SMS string of like 50 messages. I would like to either save this entire string as some sort of file and email it, or, just forward the string in some fashion.Only options I've seen in the realm of FWD were to do one at a time.I tried to even copy/paste however, when I highlight the txt, it automatically stops at the start/ending of each message, which would take awhile.
I am currently having an issue, a rather irritating one, with my Torch 9810. With some text message conversations, I can`t scroll up through previous messages sent, whereas in some conversations I can move freely through days worth of messaging.
I really like the torch, but I've looked all over the settings for a fix to this: When I open up an SMS conversation, it doesn't always open to the most recent entry, even if I was on the most recent before closing the conversation. I then have to attempt the tricky "flick the track pad up just enough to get to the bottom without actually putting the cursor in the message" maneuver just to get to the bottom.
I'm looking to download an entire text message converstaion and be able to view it on my PC and possibly print it. Maybe save it in some sort of Windows (word) document?
Is there a way to be able to print an entire (read long) text conservation? I have tried to send it as an email, but it did not work. I want to be able to print the entire thread for someone.
To erase the entire field of text you are typing, do any of the following
-Hold down the backspace button -Hit the bb menu->clear field -Take advantage of the multi click by pressing the Capitalize button and hitting backspace Pulled this from tips and tricks.
Tried this and had no luck, anybody have any ideas on how to get this working properly currently on the .428 s/w....
it sounds crazy for some people, but I want to know how to forward a text message to someone that I received, in Xperia Neo V. I am not able to find the forward option, as in any regular phones.
The forward arrow is mission in the bottom of my text message options, the entire bottom of screen is blank when you select the message and hit more....doesn't give you any options after you hit more was in my old i phone
i am trying to capture a text conversation. i would like to save it in order to print and or e-mail. i know i can do one text at a time but i'm trying to capture a whole conversation.
Is it possible to auto-forward text messages (SMS) on iPhone 4? I have an iPhone for personal use and a company issued iPhone for work. So not to have to carry both phones, I have forwarded the incoming calls from the personal phone to the work phone, but I have not been able to find a way to auto-forward the text messages received on the personal iPhone to the work iPhone.
When i get a text or mms that i would like to forward on to some of my friends, and after getting to the To: box...there is no option or + sign to open up all the contacts. As it stands right now i have to tap each letter on the dial pad to load up the people i want to send it too..
