Is there a way to be able to print an entire (read long) text conservation? I have tried to send it as an email, but it did not work. I want to be able to print the entire thread for someone.
View 1 RepliesI have been trying to backup my text messages so that they are in a readable format on my computer so that I can read them or print them. I have a number of pictures that have been sent and some important conversations I need to save; however, they are taking up a lot of memory on my phone and I would like to delete them, but still have access to them on the computer. I downloaded a free program called Appandora, but it locked up every time it started to save the second text message thread. The one that it did save was in a .txt file and was very difficult to read. I do understand that the texts are backed up when the phone is backed up, but I want them in a readable accessible file.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI'm having a little trouble with my storm 9500's touch screen. There's a part of my screen that won't work. At the beginning I thought that the screen was malfunctioning or it was broken but for some reason when I connect my device to my PC the part that is not working changes and the part that was not working before is working. There are times when the entire screen is not working and there are times when the entire screen is working properly. I tried to reinstall the software of my device by wiping the memory and then installing the os using Loader but it didn't work at all.

I've done this in the past with no trouble, but this time we're transitioning to Outlook, and I'm hearing from numerous colleagues that it DOES empty my Contacts and replaces them with what Contacts I have within Outlook - which is about 5% of what I have in my BB Contact List. I need to do this today. Can anyone help me in understanding how to access and at least print the list so that I know how to keep it? Also, I backed up my BB on Desktop Manager last night, just in case, but when I try to search for the Contact info I couldn't find anything.

In this intermediate energy conservation mode for the PHONE not for accessories. The Bluetooth radio would be left powered DOWN in this mode and would only be powered up when needed/on-demand. For PLACING a call, it would require the call be ORIGINATED from the PHONE, as opposed to from the earpiece, or handsfree (the bluetooth headset/ handsfree/ accessories would be left on). As for receiving a call, it would HAVE to be answered through the phone.When in the intermediate bluetooth power conservancy mode, the phone would powerup the bluetooth, and do a quick search for a preferred-paired bluetooth device immediately preceding connecting the call. I do not mind the fact that when in this Bluetooth power conservancy mode one would have to interact with the phone to answer a call, since most of the time i want to SEE who's calling anyway i do not use caller ID text to speech/announcement anyway as i do not like it from a privacy standpoint

I'm thinking of abandoning the I-Phone altogether because of two annoyances that get only worse, not better, with time. But if any newer I-Phone (I currently have the 3GS) has removed these annoyances, I will upgrade.
1. I want txt alerts to continue (every minute or two) until I have opened and read a text message. Does any model I-Phone allow for this?
2. I want to disable predictive text as I don't like the I-Phone algorhthym for this -- it causes me endless grief. Which model allows for this?
3. I want my battery to last a minimum of 2 days without charging (I've tried all the usual ways of reducing battery consumption and the result does not meet my needs). Does any model I-Phone allow for this?
