Is there a way to justify the text on web pages, so that the print can be enlarged? Web page print is too small to read, and zooming in to enlarge the print causes the text to run off the screen horizontally, so I have to move it from left to right to read the text.

My browser started giving me a white stripe where the webpage was not visible around 4 months ago, but it was sporadic. Now every page I go to, whether google, or facebook, or any webpage, the white stripe exists and I am not able to view the entire contents.
