I have some of the same pictures in both albums and I only want to keep the picture library album. But as soon as I delete my blackberry pictures library it deletes it from the picture library as well. How do I only get 1 picture library and still keep the pictures?

Jan 14, 2010I wonder if anyone can help me with this problem please. I have recently purchased a BB-Bold 9700 and transferred my settings from my old Bold. I have to email addresses (both Gmail) registered which appear on my main screen. The push email works fine! However, whenever I send an email, I cannot see the sent mail in the individual email folders but only in the main messages folder which is very annoying and confusing. Here's what I have tried sofar:
1. I tried to go into options and mark "No" in the section indicated hide my sent messages.
2. I tried going into filter and ticking sent messages. They appear but once you press the back button they disappear again.
3. I tried going onto the BB website and I successfully downloaded the newest software update (5.0.0.4) but still it did not resolve the problem....
Do I need to wipe off the whole device? Can someone please help because I'm very confused and frustrated with this issue.....

Jul 8, 2014I've used ES File Explorer / Manager for years on my Androids. I've had the S5 for a few weeks, and I notice that I can't delete a folder on my SD card. I tried another File Manager from Cheetah, it can't do it either. I can create and delete folders on the phone storage. I can create folders on the SD card, but can't delete them.
For now, I have to connect a USB cable, and delete from my PC, which works fine.

Mar 27, 2012I have just tried to backup and update my iphone to iOS 5.1. The backup seems to have worked but when it came to restoring the iphone, I think the hard disk ran out of space and so it failed. I saw this and so I freed up around 3Gb of disk space and I tried it again. It again failed. Again I noticed that there was no space left on the hard disk. I assumed that to continue the restore it probably won't need that much more space (as it had already done most of the work) so I freed up a few more Gb.
Again it failed. When it fails, itunes leaves the partially restored elements on my hard disk meaning that my 'Apple Computer' folder is now 28Gb!! I cannot afford to delete anything else from the hard disk. I am using a PC by the way. I have noticed that in the folder 'Apple ComputerMobileSyncBackup' has 5 folders in it which is the same amount that I tried to restore the iphone (before the last restore attempt there were 4 folders). These folders amount to 20Gb. From this I am assuming that the actual backup that I made is infact in 'Apple ComputeriTunesMobile Backups'. Can I delete the folders in 'MobileSyncBackup'? This would free up 20Gb of disk space giving me enough to properly restore (in theory!).

May 22, 2012I just installed Kaspersky mobile, and after a scan I've seen more than 18000 jpegs in E:system, a folder that I cannot access from phone or via Nokia Suite. Is there any way I can browse that folder and delete unwanted files? I think I got lots of useless files there after I installed Nokia Belle since lots of applications dissapeared. Also, I'm trying to see the hidden process that runs on my phone and I have no idea how because that dont shows in the application list. Jan 25, 2012Upgraded to Bold 9900 a few months ago, last week, Bold kept restarting and so got new bold. Using BES 4.1 and activated phone, but appears that only 5 days worth of emails in Inbox and no emails in Sub-folders. Spoke to Blackberry and they said that this was by design!!! Deleted user from BES and re-created, but still same problem. Is there anything I can do, can't believe that this is by design. It appears that even though you delete user from BES Server, details are still in back end database and so when user is recreated from address list, it links back to the database and repopulates with the limited emails. Is there a way that I can delete the user completely and then recreate from scratch and populate all emails from exchange inbox and sub-folders?

Sep 6, 2011I recently went through and organized my hotmail account. So if an email comes in from a certain email address it goes into a certain folder automatically instead of the regular inbox. Because of this I now no longer get those emails to my BB. I only get emails that still go to the general inbox.[URL].. and have attempted to set it up but it does not work, it says the only folders I have are inbox and spam, when in reality I have at least 10 other folders. I have tried to use the BB desktop manager thing but I get stuck at step 1 as I cannot find email settings anywhere in the program.

Jul 14, 2010Ive recently changed to a bold 9700 from a curve. Im using bes and i have several folders selected for redirection, however on the bold I cant view these folders all messages are going to the same place.
When i click on view folders i can see mms sms etc but nothing email related?! Im sure its fairly easy but this is driving me up the wall

I can see message headings but can't open.The only way I can access new messages to these folders is via the Messages Folder which actually shows an alert when an email message arrives (the other folders dont even show the alert)My aol account seems to work fine but the Gmail and other emails dont.
