I have copied 2 zipped folders on mass storage. Now when im trying to move it to PC or even when im trying to delete the 2 zipped folders, its giving me 'Access Denied' OR 'You dont have permission to delete the files'. I have few apps installed on my cell, which i might not get back, hence avoiding the formatting.
View 1 RepliesI have a question about deleting unnecessary folders from phone memory ( mass memory and memory card).When navigating through memory seeing those useless folders is a big annoyance, they basically just on the way.I'm talking about folders like - playlists, music , games, video and sound files and so on, for which I have no use.Some of them I cannot delete at all.Others after deletion reappear like nothing happened.
I'm not a child and like to keep everything organized.How can I delete those folders permanently or at least hide it?
I just installed Kaspersky mobile, and after a scan I've seen more than 18000 jpegs in E:system, a folder that I cannot access from phone or via Nokia Suite. Is there any way I can browse that folder and delete unwanted files? I think I got lots of useless files there after I installed Nokia Belle since lots of applications dissapeared. Also, I'm trying to see the hidden process that runs on my phone and I have no idea how because that dont shows in the application list. I dont know how to free more space on C: , got 46 Mb free and I dont know to free up more space.

Checking c: with x-plore filemanager I have found many files coming from a quickoffice install attempt that didn't finish because there wasn't enough space in c: when I tried to install.Now I cannot remove those files from x-plore (permission denied) and I cannot uninstall the quickoffice application because it never installed properly.Is there a way to remove those files? I am running version 091.004 form 2 June 2012. I have now problems with internet connections via WLAN or GPRS. Under "Network connections" I apparently have one access point categorized as Internet connection called "Netcom Mobil (3)".
I have 15 different ones in the "Not Categorized" section - some for MMS, some for WLAN and 3 copies of the above version 1, 2, 4 and no number respectively. Under Packet data is listed Netcom Mile (2) as access point Nokia Browser can access interne - claimin gto use Netcom Mobile(2)t.
Everything else does not work as far as I can see. I have tried to delete some of the duplicate points, but nothing happens. I have tried to change the categori - no chance. I have tried shutting it off and on. When you reply - beware my ignorrance about the difference between connection points and access points

But somehow the same calendar file was added multiple times and now I have 5 duplicate calendar entries for each day.Is there a way to delete these calendar entries without deleting my old calendar entries? The .ics file was a fixture list of a club and has a lot of entries so deleting them one entry by entry is not an option.
