I am unable to reset my password - all the different attempts has not worked - I am trying to download an app and it says password and user ID do not match - So I tell it to send me the password - It asks for my hometown of birth - I put that in and it says it is incorrect. What can I do?
Ive change my device to 9320 but now my password is unrecognized then I go to 'forget password , fill new security answer, new password & confirmation but it keep say Bad Request.
My daughter tried to upgrade her BBM last night. When she tried to log back in using her Blackberry ID, she was unsure of the password, tried and failed to answer the security question, so we have tried to reset her Blackberry ID password online.When we go through the steps to reset her password via an email, no password email is received. I am checking the email on a PC (not the Blackberry) and have checked the junk email folder, but no reset email is received.
I was locked out of my account while trying to reset my password. I clicked the "forgot password" link, entered my secret question correctly.I followed the link to reset my password that was emailed to me.I then got a generic error saying there was a problem processing your request after trying to give it a new password. It didn't say that my new password was too short, or the confirmation didn't match or that my secret question was wrong. All it gave me was an error.
Recently got a new email account and wanted to add it to my Curve 9360 The setup asks for Blackberry User Name and Password. I've tried the ones I wrote down and all my other regulars. Tried resetting the password. It says it doesn't recognize the User Name

I received an email on my phone stating that my Blackberry ID account was locked due to too many failed attempts. These were not attempts that I made. It gave me the link to reset my password. When I enter my blackberry email address and the captcha I receive the following notice:
To receive your password reset email at a different email address, you must temporarily forward your email before you click the Submit button.
Following that link (and a few more) it instructs me to go into email setup on my phone and enable forwarding of my mail. I do that and click save and I get the message that my secret question can not remain blank. I do know the answer for the question. When I enter that and save it asks me to enter my password. I can't do that as the password needs to be reset. How to I get through that last step. I know what my password was but it isn't working.
I am presently locked out accessing applications where a blackberry ID is required. I have used the links to reset the password and received a message to say that an e-mail has been sent to my blackberry e-mail address though for security it will not be sent to my phone. I don't know how I can retrieve that e-mail. I just wish to reset my ID password?
Iam receiving notifications that I have to update my facebook ap.. when I get to myworld to check it... Its requiring me for my log in BB ID username (which automatically puts in my email address)... I forgot my password so I had it reset. But its not sending any email confirmation for the password change.

I recently udated my 9330 to the new device software update 6.0 bundle3049 upon restoration every thing ame back except internet e-mail accts. All my e-mail acct were listed under the set-up menu, however the passwords were not working. Sprint deleted these accts and I added them back 1 by 1. The only problem is I did not remember my password. Also when I entered my E-mail name the promt shown as name already in use and I was instructed to chose another from a list. I did try to change the name by added a number but it would not except any passwords I chosen.

Recently my email server changed its settings and in order to do the same in the 9900 I went to email settings and was asked for my BB id and password. I had forgotten pw so clicked on 'forgot pw' and the usual pw hint question came up. However the pw I entered did not work - I was given 9 more chances and couldn't get the right pw. So what do I do now

I just purchased my Curve yesterday and I'm locked out of my BlackBerry today,During the update yesterday I backed up my BlackBerry on my computer.I entered a familiar password ... when I tried to open it this morning it kept rejecting my entry.Even the computer asked for my password to no avail.
I receive an e-mail every once & a while saying that I must verify my e-mail password in order to continue sending/receiving messages on my phone. This would be fine if I was able to do so through my phone, but I am not. When I go to the set-up page to enter my password and try to click on the e-mail accounts button, nothing opens (it never has). Is there a way to fix this so it will open? Or a way to verify my password for now until I can get it fixed? It's really annoying not being able to do so myself.
