i cant get sky email account registered on my blackberry curve, every time i try i get a veryify email user name or password or server error, if message keeps appearing contact sky, went back to the 3 store they couldn't do it for me, called sky they gave me some email server addresses to try but they dont work know my email address and password and user name correct?

I registered with the wireless network (advanced option/host routing table/register now) and received email stating registered OK. I then went to set up wizard/email set up but there is only the option to: - 'I want to use a work email account....' but nothing to set up a personal email address. I logged onto [URL] to try and register for an account, however I continually get the message 'Cannot create account This Blackberry device is not registered with your wireless service provider...' even though I received a message saying I was registered. Got my BB curve 8025 at the weekend and have encounted afew things i didnt understand serched the net and found this site which as been a god send! I'm trying to set up email but atm its only giving me the option for setting up work email account with a BB enterprise server - I just want to set up a normal email account using my normal hotmail account but i cant get any further along as it asks for my enterprise activation password - which i obviously dont have?
Also - a few friend have gien me their pin so i can add them on BBM, i type the pin and it says contact pending but the person/s im trying to add get no notification that i'm trying to add them - we try it the other way with me giving them my pin and get the same result WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
just deleted an old email account and set up a new one on device. however all the old contacts remain. how do i get rid of them. they only go if i delete email account but once i set up a new account the old contacts appear. theres too many i want to delete them.

Everything seems to be working fine except the email, where it says the set is not registered. I have registered it by going to advanced options-host routing table and then registered it. I even got a message from my service provider which says that my wireless handset has been registered.
Still I am getting the same message - the set is not registered, go to options - advanced options - host routing table and register. Also the BB app world is not downloading on to the set. The icon is there but when I click it the web browser opens and nothing happens. There's just white screen with blackberry written as in when you open a BB browser.
I think i have my contacts registered to two emails. Half on one, and half on another. How can I make them all on one?

Lets say if I have a new email i would like to use and would like to delete the old one off my iphone but it has all of my contacts on it, how do i transfer those contacts, notes, and calendars, to the new email account?
keep in mind that if i delete the email acount with the contacts, the contacts will no longer be on my phone as well as the notes. is there a way for me to transfer the contacts from the old email account to the new one so i can remove the old email account? too much spam.

I am a consultant and have a client that has a BB Curve. He has been using a certain provider inet for his email. He has now changed to a different provider (for technical reasons). I have tried to setup his new email account for the new provider - I also use a BB curves and have performed this operation for over 50 of my clients. However in this scenario, the Curve keeps asking for his account id and password. We have tried to enter it and it says that the Username cannot be blank. If we exit and re-enter the setup tool, and then enter the same info again, it says that the username and/or password is incorrect. His credentials have never - ever changed.
We cannot get his password (or acct info) sent to him by BB (RIM), because he no longer has the email address of record. Of course I tried entering a different email address to send it to, but of course it doesn't get to his phone as there is no eamil address setup (except his old one). The provider here in town (TELUS) has been quite useless in helping and have been quite specific that we need to talk to RIM, well of course this seems to be the only avenue available.Can someone direct us to the appropriate area or resource in order to proceed with setting up his new email account.
