on MLS.ca they put out numeric links for pages as per 2923767 a seven digit number link BB browser treats this as a PHONE number ! and not a page link so ALL MLS references cannot be viewed on a BB !

But slowly, over the past few weeks, I've suddenly not been able to click links on any webpages. I can type things in, like in a Google search, but then can't click the search button and nothing happens when I press the enter button on my keyboard either. I know this isn't specific to certain websites because it's happening on sites that worked fine before. I've tried changing my browser, none of them worked

View 9 Replies View Relatedi just switched from using android for 2 years and i'm ready to throw this thing in the effing trash after a day...when i first open a browser, the links work fine..maybe the first link or so...then they just stop working...when i click on a link it does nothing..i have to hold it until the menu pops up that says "open link" to get it to open...i googled this and lots of other people reported this problem and the only solutions seem to be remove the battery or reset device.

View 4 Replies View RelatedUnable to open any web links from an app or gmail ....started to happen a few minutes ago..these links are embedded in a email or from an app like pulse etc. I have stock broswer and dolphin HD ...and I select which one to displayed when the browser selection pop up window comes up.
Now the selection popup window does not come at all...and the screen goes about 50% dark and when touched anywhere on the screen ...it comes to normal brightness...
I have problem with my "Nokia Browser" in my "Asha 200".The browser is unable to open too long links.(links containing more than 40-50 characters in it).I am unable to download movies...

This weekend the browser stopped working and I'm unable to open links on e-mails that have been sent to me etc. when I click on a link it just doesn't do anything. Similarly, the "homepage" on my browser seems to be missing. I just have a blank white page with a seach box in blue at the top. However, when I type a seach in and return it doesn't do anything. The blue "loading" line running across the bottom of the search box seems to be permanently there, at it's fullest. It's almost as if it's frozen. I've successfully been able to connect my phone to my wi-fi service, but this doesn't seem to make any difference. I've done the "turn the phone off and back on again" trick.

After installing a 8gb media card in my BB Curve 8330, I am no longer able to access bookmarked links (aol, google, weather, etc). If I remove the media card, all normal bookmark functions return.

After i started using the 8520 on the at&t network i noticed that i cannot change my setting from hotspot browser to internet browser anymore which in turn i cannot use the data service with at&t that i am paying for. I swapped out my S2 for a new one, the PIN looks like an 8-digit phone number, but everything seems ok so far, but only had it for an hour. They didn't swap anything at the store aside from the handset and phone number from what I could tell.

However I changed my keyboard settings to full qwerty for a bit and then forgot to change it back before the phone locked. Now I don't know which letters correspond to the numbers of my password!

It is a royal pain in the a** having to go back and forth between the two keyboards when you are typing numbers with decimal points. View 4 Replies View RelatedI jailbroke my 3G using blackra1n on iOS3 and installed (IIRC BossPrefs although I could be mistaken)I used this to turn on numeric signal strength indicators (for mobile signal and wifi)I then decided to just upgrade straight to official iOS4 when it came out, thinking it would just overwrite any customisations I'd made.However, the signal strength indicators now flick between the official icons and numerical representations.I can only assume the prefs software (if it was Bossprefs) did something to the particular icons, and the official restore only restored some of them?
I've since re jailbroke iOS4 with redsn0w and found out that the prefs program I used is not compatible (it just starts to load then quits). I tried installing SBSettings and enabling and disabling numerical signal strength indicators in that, but it's to no avail.
Does anyone know how to access the Browser Configuration on OS 6's browser? I want to set it to Internet Explorer and don't know how. It seems to have disappeared. I knew how to do it on the old software but since I upgraded I can't.

Everytime i press on the browser icon, nothing happens even when i'm connected to wi-fi. When i open emails using my limited data plan and try to open the links, nothing happens. I mean, i get to open the mail but not the links in it.

I have a 9700 bold that is only a couple of months old which I'm starting to have problems with. The main one being on the internet I can't click on links, the enter button won't work either so I'm unable to use it. Also there seems to be a delay sometimes once I've pressed a button or rolled the centre button.
