Bought BB Curve 3G. When I click pictures it gets saved but you cannot see them in the picture folder when you want to view them. However you can send those pictures via whatsapp immediately and these pictures gets saved in the picture folder or can been seen in the folder only after a week. it does not happen in any another BB.
View 3 RepliesUsing Curve 8520 and having problems with photos. Any new photos I receive or take using camera will not show up when viewed thru media>pictures menu. The files are saved in the media card and I can view it if go thru the file manager.

All I want to do is upload my photos from the phone to my PC - I have downloaded the most recent Media Sync software and when I connect the BB, 16 photos only come up - there are more than that and these are the old photos that have previously been 'deleted'. The photos which I am viewing on the phone are nowhere to be seen. I have tried to enable USB on the memory menu and I just get these 16 old pictures.I have looked at the device on My Computer, and I can see these blasted 16 photos in the 'pictures' folder in the blackberry folder, but when I open the 'camera album' it is empty.How can this be?I think there may be a ghost in the machine, and I will be finding out soon as the **bleep** thing will be thrown against the wall and stamped on repeatedly!

View 3 Replies View Relatedi have an lg g3 phone, but since last week all the photos stored in the internal memory are not showing at gallery app. I already rebooted the phone, check for updates, took out the battery, and nothing looks like the photos are gone.
but if i review the files stored, the pictures are there, just they do not appear in GALLERY.
I just recently uploaded pictures for the first time from iPhone to computer (a Mac). I uploaded them to iPhoto because that was default but I was not able to see any 'Photos' tab in iTunes. It is here that I wish to delete the pictures I have uploaded because when I look at how much space is being taken up on the phone, nearly half of it is for photos. I have already deleted them from the phone itself but the space is still displayed as occupied in the iTunes summary page when I plug the device in.

i have deleted cache folders, unselect and reselect in iTunes I read one post where they said keep syncing and in a couple days it would correct itself, that hasnt happened. I have see others have the same issue but no solution and nothing appears to work my iPhone still shows 6.5 gig use of photos when i only have the camera roll listed

I just switched from a Samsung Galaxy S3 to a HTC One M8. I have a problem with Dropbox (or my understanding of the way it works on HTC). As I understand it and from my previous experience with Samsung - pictures which are synchronised to Dropbox - are stored in 2 folders:
1) Camera Uploads.
2) Photos
Each directory of which is synchronised and viewable in your phone "Gallery". I previously used the HTC Transfer Tool to move stuff from my old phone to the new HTC.
I will add though I am pretty sure that the "integration" works in this manner. The pictures on Dropbox are not synchronising/showing up in my "Gallery" in the HTC One M8. Not showing up as Albums, Timeline, Events etc.
New 1320 running WP8.1. When I got it, I stuck in an old Micro SD card I had.It worked OK, but I had a new,bigger one on the way.That turned up today.
When I try to sync pics from my PC, they are added.But they do not show up in the gallery.The folders do not appear at all, BUT I have the Photos live tile set up to show Favourites...as I add and remove folders, the Favourites list get shorter or longer.
Add videos, appear straight away, same with music.
The same photos are on the other SD card I used and they were fine
Reformatted card ,same thing . In Storage Sense they are showing up as Other rather than Photos
I connect my Iphone 4s t try and sync photos on it and it won't even show up in iTunes as a device what do I do? I use my usb and it will not show up.

I use Htc one m8 and a Google nexus 7. I store my contacts on gmail. My question is that all my contact photos show up on my computer and Nexus but some photos do not show on my HTC. The same images are missing from my wife's HTC. These are not large images, some just clipart.

I finally noticed today that for some reason, when I upload a photo to Facebook (regardless if I'm in my gallery and sharing the photo to Facebook or if I'm in the Facebook app and upload a photo from there) the comments I add when initially uploading the pic don't show up. I can select the photo, pick which album I want it to go into, tag my friends etc, but the comments do not show up when I check Facebook from either my phone or a computer.
My last phone was an S4 and this was never an issue. I did just notice that if I don't pick an album to add the photo to, the comments show up. If I pick an album, the comments do not show up.
So I purchased a new nexus 6 a couple months back.. every so often pictures that other people have taken with their camera are showing up in my photos. I thought it might be a Bluetooth thing since I just got a pebble watch, but yesterday I received a picture that was taken at a local park a few miles away. I thought it was maybe a room mate messing with me, but they are just a freaked out by it as I am. It is very disconcerting to know that I am receiving other peoples photos that they have taken with their camera. Are other people getting mine? I can not find anything on the internet that would constitute receiving others camera pictures. I thought it might be an app, but then local people playing disc golf-- their pictures were coming on to my phone.. It has happened a handful of times.. maybe 10 pictures total. I am going to call some sort of customer service tomorrow.

Since the Belle update, whenever I take a picture I am able to view it in the phone, but when I connect to a PC to transfer the picture in Mass Storage, the pictures are not there. I've looked in both the Mass Memory and Phone Memory folders. I've checked to see if the photo has a saved file name which it does. It finds them in Ovi Suite but I much prefer to use Mass Storage, it's so much easier and quicker to use.

They used to show up in the album as one photo which I could click into and move the slider up and down to select my favourite pic. Now it is showing all 61 pics as separate photos in the album.
New timeshift burst photos are behaving correctly. How can I fix this?
I have been using the Xperia mini/pro for a little over a month. Took lots of pictures - no problem. Then took some today, and somehow mysteriously they have disappeared...or at least turned into an icon looking like a sign of a broken mountain... How to retrieve these pictures, if possible?!
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have BB Desktop Software V5 Bundle 1626 and have been unable for the last 2 versions to synchonize my photos from either device memory or the memory card. When I click on Media Sync/Pictures it doesn't show any photos at all. I read that it is suggested to go back to the version that used Roxio but that version always crashed my computer so that's not an option for me. How do I get my photos from my bb to my laptop? I certainly don't want to have to email them all.

View 1 Replies View RelatedA client of mine has 6 curve 9300s. The issue is when they are sent emails from macs containing PDFs. There appears to be no attachment. The issue is not the size of the PDF (tried very small PDF). Its not the mac itself. (i know the issues of HTML email/plain text/rtf). If it is sent from outlook for PC, it is fine. 2 handsets (same OS version - the latest orange UK version), getting an email sent from the same mac, to email accounts on the same external host at the same domain. 1 works, 1 doesnt. The recipients use the same version of Mac mail and both see it fine on their mac. If i go into messages options, then the one that fails has the sub choice of Email Account Management, this doesnt exist on the one that works. Yet its the same version of software! The one that works now, didnt work yesterday until i upgraded to the latest OS version. That didnt fix it for the other one. I just want emails sent from a mac, regardless of format, to get to the blackberry.
