View 1 Replies View RelatedMy phone suddenly hanged & a white screen appeared showing Error 523 , tried to reset many a times, took out the battery several times but no use.
Once the battery is put into the fone, the normal screen appears for few seconds but again error 523 on a white screen appaers.
I have received the app error 523 on the phone. I have ensured to follow advice on the blacberry website concerning this error and nothing has worked. The phone wouldn't even recognise that it was connected to the laptop to be able to re-run or even update the software even a hard reset wouldn't work.

They advised me visit the Blackberry site and do a software reload. I've searched on the site but nothing straight forwards is shown. I've looked on the forum and it seems that other Blackberry users have experienced the same problem. If there is a straight forward solution could you please let me know, or should I take it back to the 3 shop and request that the phone is sent back. The phone is just over 3months old, soooo disappointed .

i was updating my BB curve 9300 to the new os6 and i encountered an error. it says "ONE OR MORE MODULE COULDN'T BE RESOLVED" I tried doing taking out the battery and then plug the phone and do the manual updating, but it still wouldn't upgrade.
I was thinking, my phone has a "T-Mobile" logo on startup. Im using it in the Philippines, via the Globe network. I downloaded the update for globe, but it didnt work. Does anyone know if I should download the upgrade for T-Mobile instead? And can I still be able to use my Globe number in it and my BB service?
Many time i can see while making calls i see error Call Failed. I have to forcefully restart my mobile then only i can make calls.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI followed the instructions on the website and when I connect it to reload the software, the error number on the screen's device changes to 561 and a window opens to tell me the desktop software can't communicate with my blackberry.Once I clicked on repair and wrote in my password it simply tells me that there are no available updates of BlackBerry Device Software at this time and to put in my email so they can warn me when a new update comes out.I don't need to update the software obviously, just to reload any version of it so my phone can work again.

I was updating it this morning and was in a rush and I took out the battery by accident. this gave me the app error 205. I've read some of the forums involving this error where I should reboot the whole OS. The problem is that my DM reads the device. When I try to reupdate the phone it stops at the reading service information (roughly 7% of the bar) and it won't go further. I've also tried restoring the phone, but no luck. any help?
View 4 Replies View RelatedWe recently upgraded my wife's Blackberry to a Curve 3G 9330. When we try to sync to Outlook (non-Exchange), we encounter an error with the contacts (address book). The Desktop Software simply indicates an "unknown error" - not particularly facilitate. We've narrowed it down to a potentially bad contact record on the Blackberry, but cannot find a way to delete it. The options menu will not come up on the Blackberry for this one record. We've try to sync the device by overwriting the contacts with new data from Outlook, but still get's the same error message. I cannot find any information on erasing/deleting the complete contact list on the Blackberry.

- Removing the wi-fi setting and reentering them.
- Entering the details manually
- Removing the battery and rebooting the phone
- Reinstally the os over the computer

It went well, it was able to boot after the upgrade but it was far too slow so I decided to reboot it by taking out the battery, it opened, it showed the Blackberry logo and it was loading but after it has finished loading, it won't proceed to the home screen so I waited and after a few hours my screen says "app error 603" or something like that.
