I tried to upgrade to OS6, but this problem appear "An error has occurred while downloading software from your device, please verify your internet connection or try again later, if problem persist". I'm sure there is no problem with my internet connection. I clicked retry, but the message always appear. I've tried to restart the phone and all the things.
View 4 Repliesi was updating my BB curve 9300 to the new os6 and i encountered an error. it says "ONE OR MORE MODULE COULDN'T BE RESOLVED" I tried doing taking out the battery and then plug the phone and do the manual updating, but it still wouldn't upgrade.
I was thinking, my phone has a "T-Mobile" logo on startup. Im using it in the Philippines, via the Globe network. I downloaded the update for globe, but it didnt work. Does anyone know if I should download the upgrade for T-Mobile instead? And can I still be able to use my Globe number in it and my BB service?

Once the battery is put into the fone, the normal screen appears for few seconds but again error 523 on a white screen appaers.
I have received the app error 523 on the phone. I have ensured to follow advice on the blacberry website concerning this error and nothing has worked. The phone wouldn't even recognise that it was connected to the laptop to be able to re-run or even update the software even a hard reset wouldn't work.

They advised me visit the Blackberry site and do a software reload. I've searched on the site but nothing straight forwards is shown. I've looked on the forum and it seems that other Blackberry users have experienced the same problem. If there is a straight forward solution could you please let me know, or should I take it back to the 3 shop and request that the phone is sent back. We recently upgraded my wife's Blackberry to a Curve 3G 9330. When we try to sync to Outlook (non-Exchange), we encounter an error with the contacts (address book). The Desktop Software simply indicates an "unknown error" - not particularly facilitate. We've narrowed it down to a potentially bad contact record on the Blackberry, but cannot find a way to delete it. The options menu will not come up on the Blackberry for this one record. We've try to sync the device by overwriting the contacts with new data from Outlook, but still get's the same error message. I cannot find any information on erasing/deleting the complete contact list on the Blackberry.

Since BB App World is been telling me there is a new version of BBM (V5.0.3.22), I have tried to update my device with no luck. If I try to update it connecting the phone via wifi or data service, it tells me that BBM is not available for download via BB App World, and if I connect the phone to a pc and try to install it via the pc, it gets me an unknown error.

- Removing the wi-fi setting and reentering them.
- Entering the details manually
- Removing the battery and rebooting the phone
- Reinstally the os over the computer
Nothing seems to work. I know the router is fine as I have the same phone and it connects ok along with several other devices.Has anyone any suggestions before I reset the phone to factory setting?
