I have some problemes on my Blackberry.I want to download, for example WhatsApp, I have internet with wifi but it can't be download it(by Apps Store of Blackberry on my phone Desktop), and show me this error:" No cached credentials. (ID error :40721)
View 3 Replies View Relatedi am trying to log onto myappworld and it is giving the error 'Error 40721- No cached credentials'. I have tried everything adn even tried the 'RST' method given in this forum elsewhere. I tried to hold the alt key and type RST and the appworld closed down. But again it is showing me the same error.
I am new to blackberry, have just bought an expensive one and this is killing me. Have already spent 2 full days on scouring the internet.
Everytime I try to download something I get this message no cached credentials error id 40721.

View 1 Replies View RelatedFirstly I want you all to know I dont have any blackberry data plan. Also I am not using in Wi-Fi but normal cheap internet plan available from my carrier.My trackpad had some issue...I got my cell repaired.got all fresh with reloaded OS.
Now I was able to download all the apps from BB world.Now I thought of installing Nimbuzz(I wish I had not).Meanwhile installing It asked me to update some security, then it asked me to restart set.when i did I was not able install app from BB World.
So it appears, BB installs something which prevents to access the BB world from normal internet plan.I havent seen this mentioned in any post though it appears to be problem faced by millions.
OK I'm totally a newbie with BlackBerry and this is my second post on here.I live here in the US but I'm Brazilian and am going crazy over the world cup.I want really badly to stream live radio via the browser on BB but it won't work because it needs a Flash Plug In for one station and a Windows Media Player for another.Is there anyway that we can stream live video and radio outside Sprint TV?

1. Data loading, 504 Gateway time out?
2. Data loading, message says: "Error fetch http://apl.modmyi.com/dists/stable/m...arm/package.gz cached failure"
Also, when I sync with iTunes, tried 'restore' but get a message to check with apple for updates - which i'm hesitant to do?
I recorded a 2 minute video with the BB without issues but when I tried to play it back, I received the message 'the media being played is of an unsupported format'.,The recorded video has a .3gp file extension, rather than an mp4, why? .3gp is not listed as a supported video file. the media card is a 32gb sdhc card I just formatted and saved music and pictures to without problems. What is happening here? Is the phone recording in a format that is cannot play? Can the video recording format be changed, say to mp4? I have no problems playing you tube videos etc., its only the recorded videos.
There is a demo video on the phone in mp4 and it plays fine. Will appreciate your advice. Anne
PS I just shot another 30sec video and the phone completely froze when I tried to play it. Took out battery to get it going again. Still receiving the same message

From what I've read the Curve supports mp4 and H-264, however when I rip to this format I only hear audio form the mp4-aac; what format of video I need? AVI, MP4, plus what codec used inside the encapsulation?

Once the battery is put into the fone, the normal screen appears for few seconds but again error 523 on a white screen appaers.
I have received the app error 523 on the phone. I have ensured to follow advice on the blacberry website concerning this error and nothing has worked. The phone wouldn't even recognise that it was connected to the laptop to be able to re-run or even update the software even a hard reset wouldn't work.

They advised me visit the Blackberry site and do a software reload. I've searched on the site but nothing straight forwards is shown. I've looked on the forum and it seems that other Blackberry users have experienced the same problem. If there is a straight forward solution could you please let me know, or should I take it back to the 3 shop and request that the phone is sent back. View 5 Replies View Relatedi was updating my BB curve 9300 to the new os6 and i encountered an error. it says "ONE OR MORE MODULE COULDN'T BE RESOLVED" I tried doing taking out the battery and then plug the phone and do the manual updating, but it still wouldn't upgrade.
I was thinking, my phone has a "T-Mobile" logo on startup. Im using it in the Philippines, via the Globe network. I downloaded the update for globe, but it didnt work. Does anyone know if I should download the upgrade for T-Mobile instead? And can I still be able to use my Globe number in it and my BB service?
