BB Curve :: Cannot Transfer Pictures & Video From 9300 To PC
Jul 31, 2011
I can only transfer images and video via USB 2.0.It has been transferring pictures previously. But now, my Desktop blackberry software cannot pick up anything on my phone.
I have a brand new BB curve 9300 and whenever I take a picture or receive a picture through BBM I cannot see my picture in the Media folder. However when I go into Media>>>Highlight Pictures and instead of opening pictures I click to BB key and choose the explore option, I can find my pictures by going through Device Memory/home/user/pictures
Im trying to transfer contacts list from one blackberry curve 9300 to another blackberry curve 9300 my local AT&T store tryied and failed then told me to just go home and use blackberry desk top manager and back up old phone then restore to the new phone when I do durring the restore i get the message of [OMA DM] 0 of 1 restored. most of the photos, emails, apps, phone log, get transfered but no contacts have been changed.
get all the contacts from my NOKIA N 79 "Contacts.nbu" file to my blackberry curve 9300 and same for the messages from nokia to blackberry.
i have updated sofware in device and desktop both. i have tried Google Mobile Sync, but i am unable to fetch all the field contacts a indvidua entry i.e i have got only default no. [home, work, mobile 2 are left] only one no.
I recorded a 2 minute video with the BB without issues but when I tried to play it back, I received the message 'the media being played is of an unsupported format'.,The recorded video has a .3gp file extension, rather than an mp4, why? .3gp is not listed as a supported video file. the media card is a 32gb sdhc card I just formatted and saved music and pictures to without problems. What is happening here? Is the phone recording in a format that is cannot play? Can the video recording format be changed, say to mp4? I have no problems playing you tube videos etc., its only the recorded videos.
There is a demo video on the phone in mp4 and it plays fine. Will appreciate your advice. Anne PS I just shot another 30sec video and the phone completely froze when I tried to play it. Took out battery to get it going again. Still receiving the same message
I'm trying to rip my DVD's so that I can have electronic back-ups for a Blackberry Playbook as well as a Curve 9300 operating on a 5.0.0.832 os. From what I've read the Curve supports mp4 and H-264, however when I rip to this format I only hear audio form the mp4-aac; what format of video I need? AVI, MP4, plus what codec used inside the encapsulation?
I recently purchased a Curve 3G (9300) on the Three UK network and when I tried to text Facebook or Twitter to activate my number on it it come up with 'Short Message Transfer Rejected' [URL]
Ok, so my 9300's trackpad stopped working a while ago. I've got myself a new non BB phone, as the support from BB was pretty non existent, however i've taken loads of pics on the 9300 which are saved only on the phone itself, not the sim or card. When I plug it in to the laptop it's permanently 'stuck' on 'charge only', there's no way it seems to move it to 'sync media' or the other one! Is there any way to get the pics off the phone or am i going to lose them all?? would be so much simpler if BB had put 4 little arrow keys on the keyboard, save all the faffing about on this seemingly very common fault.
I have a blackberry curve 9300 and I used to be able to zoom in for pixtures and videos by justing moving the trackpad but when I do move the trackpad I can't zoom! Does anyone know what the problem could be
How to access pictures that are on my card, they were taken with my previous phone. With that phone, it had a basic explorer-type interface but it looks like it's supposed to add them automatically with my Blackberry curve 9300. My videos are there, as are my ringtones but not the photos.
I'm trying to sell on my local selling page on facebook, try upload picture then says my browser is not supported to uploaded photos, why is it saying it, when I wanna upload picture to facebook profile? Blackberry 9300 I've got, working fine.
I've been using Whatsapp on the curve 3G for quite sometime. However, I always encounter this problem. Whenever I try sending a picture, after uploading 95% of the picture, I get a message saying 'UPLOAD FAILED'. I'm able to receive pictures though.
How to stream movies on blackberry curve 9300 via vlc media player through wifi? Since when I updated to the new app world on my bb 9300, I am getting the error 40721 cached credentials.
how to sync all my contacts, messages and pictures from my Nokia Ovi Suite to my Blackberry curve 9300. If this isnt possible, is there a way i can export it using another format?
I don't have my Blackberry connected anymore but I need to transfer my pictures from it. When I go to import them the second I plug my usb cord in and it connects my pictures disappear and all it says are contacts and wierd little cartoon pictures are all that will show.
I just started using a Blackberry. I had lots of pictures on my old Palm. They are also on my computer. Can I transfer pictures from my computer to my Blackberry? I so, how?
i have a blackberry curve 8520 i am trying to transfer all of my pictures onto my media card but i dont know. when i put my media card into eg asdas machine to print photos it only comes up with a couple of pictures
I have several dozen pictures that were added to my new Curve 8530 from my old phone before I had an sd memory media card, so they're sitting in the internal device memory. How do I transfer them to the media card, and can I "select all" to move them all at once or do I have to go picture by picture? Also, I use Desktop Manager for Mac. Is there any way I can move them around through my Mac Finder? Would I have to disable Mass Storage? In what situations would one enable or disable Mass Storage and MTP?
media card for my curve 9360 had erased all songs, pictures and video.message of "media card has been inserted that contains errors..Do you wish to repai media card now"? and when I do it says Media Card Repair failed!!!!!! Is my media card fried? Is there another way to retrieve my data???
