My couson sent me BB 9300 and he bought that from 02 uk( set is country locked)My fried tried to unlock my set but failed and unfortunately he wasted all the 10 attempts.
i wiped my set and reinstall the OS but my set still shows 0 Attempts
My iphone 4s bought from Australia, why I can't get the warranty repair/replace in UK?I'v called Australia, they told me I can replace in UK. But Apple Uk told me thay can't do it for me.

View 3 Replies View RelatedMy company had a planned upgrade of our system. I had to wipe my phone and reactivate as a result. Before I did I downloaded Blackberry desktop and backed up my phone. When I went to restore there were two options a complete restore that would put everything back to how it was and a custom restore. I think I can't choose the complete restore since that would remove the company's intended changes changes. If I choose custom restore the password file is grayed out. A note at the bottom tells me the grayed out items are read only data types and cannot be restored. Does anyone know how to restore my data.

I changed my password on my curve, and I couldn't remember it and I got it wrong 10 times. It then said wiping and it wiped all my data. Luckily, I had a backup, however it wasn't very recent so I have lost a few contacts, but more importantly, all of my pictures. Is there any way at all that I can get them back?

Now I'm back in Australia and when I call a (Australian) number in my contacts that has a 0 at the front, the phone puts the Indonesian country code in front. I have to input the number in full which is areal pain expecially as all mobile numbers start with 0. Is there some way to fix this?

After 2 months of perfectly working period with internet and all my mails 1 of the phones (mine) it s not working anymore, after contacted my provider VODAFONE ITALY and tried all the possible solutions(several reset, updates) it still not working as the provider said the pin seems to be busy in another country.

I have what seems to be a resonably common problem with my phone being locked out after too may pattern recognition attempts (My son's playfull fingers methinks).
I have consulted the forums including this one and it seems clear that the Log on fix for the google account using null as the password may work for some but hasn't for me.
I have tried to do a repair on the phone, but using pc companion i cannot get this too work, i cannot get into pc companion normally because the software is asking me to put the phone into Usb connect mode which i can't because i am locked out the phone.
method (that works) to get me phone to being useable again? perhaps i am doing the repair method wrong ( holding the back ket then connecting the usb cable does nothing)
I tried to unlock my blackberry and I put too many attempts out of 10 attempts, and now it said there's no more chances, is there any alternative way to unlock the phone? Or is there any way to put back the attempts to make it become 10 more chances?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI was changing my password to a simpler one. I cannot remember the key(s) I hit by mistake (they were numbers). I am at the 9th of 10 allowed attempts. The manual tells me the device will be wiped if I go to #10. I've searched for a phone number for technical support, or a "Contact Us" option on the Blackberry website. There seems to be no way to access tech support. The whole reason I was using a password was to prevent inadvertent downloads due to the super-sensitve touch screen. I've been charged for numerous downloads that I was unaware I made, apparently while the device was in my pocket. I'm very disappointed in the whole Blackberry experience. Shouldn't there be a way that my password can be sent to me via email as there is for most every other forum in our lives for which we need a password -- at least without the draconian action of wiping my BB Torch 9800 clean of my data?
