I can't get my phone to do anything past the initial boot screen. (Blackberry and status bar)
Started after i attempted to play a newly downloaded zombie game. It asked if i would give it my trust and it betrayed me. Immediately after the phone froze and would take forever to boot up again only to say app error 200 and offer only the option to reset where it all starts over again. Have taken the battery out for a while but only got the same result. I tried to see if i could do anything via blackberry protect and got a wierd screen.

I am wondering if there is a way to copy games from one blackberry phone to another. Both my husband and I got new bb - his is 8320 and mine is 8310. When everything was transfered from our old bb i lost all of the games that were on mine but all of his transfered. Is there a way for me to copy the games using either the desktop manager or Bluetooth? Or is there another way as I am having alot of difficulties downloading new games to transfer from the desktop manager to my phone?
My New Blackberry is about 45 days old and the cursor button has stopped working. Resetting the phone has done nothing. How can I contact Blackberry to trouble shoot the phone or have it replaced.
Dropped my BB for the last time...the trackball fell out and some other stuff fell out...not retrieved. Friend gave me her old Curve and I want to switch. Tried just moving the sim card praying my pictures would come up...but they didn't. The address book isn't there either. How do I switch my service and how do I move the info without a track ball?
Somewhat confused as to why my Curve is now not allowing me to link any email accounts to the phone via the Setup function. I am on a plan that allows this with O2 and I have confirmed this with their support team.
Essentially, if I go onto the Menu then Setup and Email Settings I'm presented with a screen titled "BlackBerry Internet Service" and "Existing Users".
I have tried my BIS username and password, individual account username and passwords but neither work. Strangely if I put an email account address in and click on 'Ok' I get an error saying the entire field is empty.. which it isn't.
I set up my Blackberry, and it's been working fine for a month or two. However, my work email periodically forces me to change the password for security reasons. Unfortunately, having done this I tried to do so on my Blackberry Curve, and it asks for my Blackberry ID.I have a Blackberry ID. It works fine. I can log into my account on a PC, and use it to access Appworld. However, when I tried to do it on the phone, it didn't work. I checked the email, double checked the email, checked the password, double checked the password. All fine. Out of frustration, I went to "forget password" on the phone, thinking maybe if I reset it that would work.
I got this message:"Your request cannot be completed. Please ensure that your Blackberry ID has been activated and that you have typed the correct email address"I am tearing my hair out here. I know my Blackberry ID. I am looking at it on my PC where I have logged in, yet my phone now thinks it doesn't exist?
First of all, I posted this once under someone else's question and probably should not have.My apologies for a second post. My Blackberry Curve 8330 is set up to automatically reboot. This morning, there was a RESET error - little tiny words and letters in the middle of a blank screen. I hit reset and nothing...scrolled to other options and nothing happened with anything I clicked on. Took the battery out and back in...still same thing. Suddenly the screen changed to white with small letters at the very bottom like a computer loading or like your viruscan looks on the computer - going through words and files at a record pace like it is scanning files. After 20 minutes, I removed the battery again. Waited, inserted it and it did the exact same thing - trying to load or scroll through every piece of memory. The phone will not turn on at all. It just goes directly to this mode.
My husband updated the software of his BB 8520 yesterday, solved one problem but caused another .
BBM was installled but now it's nowhere to be found. He went to App World and it states that it's installed. Searched all files especially Applications where it used to be ,it's not there. Not in downloads either.
'm having trouble accessing the phone, can back it up and restore it but can't see it as a drive or view the pictures. Downloaded and redownload the software, sees the phone but gives the error message 'can't communicate with device' when I ask for pictures or music.
I m using bb curve 9300. my device is not detecting ear phones. i tried the same ear phone with other phones. its working fine in them. i tried rebooting also. but still the same .
I used to have a 8900 and it had the 'compass logo' for navigation but my new 9300 bb doesn't have this. i already did the 'options, advanced options... refresh gps...' but there's no way to enter the gps application because it's not on my phone?
I have just got a new phone and I have all my numbers on my sim card but I cant find them. I know they are there because I made a phone call to a friend and it came up with their name
I have just been set up with everything on Blackberry Curve 9320. I registered with Blackberry entering a user name and ID and then email address and password. When I try to set up on my phone and enter my email address I have tried the ID name I registered with and also my email password and nothing works. I have now tried 7/10 times. I do not want to try any more in case it blocks anything on my phone.
I have only had this phone for about 1 1/2 years and for the last few weeks it keeps dying no matter how long I charge it. It only last for about 10 minutes after disconnected from charger and then it cuts off. A red light blinks, but never indicates that the batter is low and as soon as it is plugged in and cuts back on it indicates that the battery is fully charged.
I was just intializing the phone for the sync to the laptop. And well, the Blackberry software froze, and then the phone won't turn on. It won't turn on despite my touching any of the buttons or any recharging.
I just got this phone and only had it for one day. It was never dropped or taken outside or exposed to any moisture I do not see any reason why this is happening.
my phone keeps crashing after i have rebooted it the phone doesnt work i cant access anything on the phone i have tried to update my phone via the desktop software but i cant get the phone to reconise the computer so i cant install the update that is there. if any body has any idea's on how to fix this problem i would be greatful. my phone is a 8520 curve
How can I get my phone unlocked? When I turn it on it comes to a white screen and says " Reload Software: 513"....If you know who I can reach to get it unlocked
I have a problem with my blackberry. A couple of weeks ago it stopped charging via wall socket charger. After trying a couple of different chargers and still not charging I contacted my service provider who brought it in for repair. After about a week I received the phone back from repair. They did not repair the phone because they said it would be a chargeable repair. I asked them what the fault was and they said the charging port on the phone had water damage but I can't see how because it has been no where near water. I tried the phone again with different chargers but still would not charge. I then tried a usb charger via pc and the phone now charges with no problems. So now I'm charging the phone with a plug in socket with usb connection. I Phoned my service provider to say the phone is charging via usb and the phone must have a hardware fault, But they are still saying that the phone is damaged and it is a chargeable repair. I can't see how if it is charging normally via a usb. Please can you confirm if the phone would have a hardware problem.
