I have App error message 523 showing on my BB Curve. I have downloaded the BB Desktop software, connected my phone which is recognised by the software but I am just getting 'connecting' continuously.

View 10 Replies View RelatedAfter upgrading to Gingerbread I noticed that when I go to the recent apps screen and I try to open Tweetdeck (seems to be the only app that does this) I get a "Application is not installed on phone" error message. Which makes no sense because it's running in the background and opens fine. I've cleared my cache and uninstalled and reinstalled TD and still get the error. Assuming this is a bug, but it seems weird to only happen for a specific app.

It started with three, then four, and now six. I have read several forums and have tried pulling my battery several times. I have even deleted my e-mail account and set it up again. I have gone into all my folders to see if there is a message hiding somewhere. I can't find anything. Has anyone else had this problem? Aside from doing a factory restore and/or calling Verizon does anyone have any suggestions on how I can reset the counter? By the way, my carrier is Verizon!

For some reason on this model SMS's are showing as coming from 1 contact (when there are a lot more) and when you hit reply it replies to that 1 contact and not to the person who actually sent it. I can't see any problems in the settings that could be causing this. Obviously the last thing I want to do is rebuild the devices so can anyone think of what might be causing this?

I can recieve all my text messages (as far as I know) but cant send them.The mobile numbers are correct, so that wouldnt be the issue. I cant send them to anyone, or anhy company eg i was trying to text in to see my balance and that happened. I cant send a single text to an yone!
