my blackberry it showing a white screen then it desplay the word saying app error 523 i tried several time to accept reset still it desplay the word uncought then it go back to the same point of white screen

My phone has got a white screen with JVM Error 102 showing. I have tried rebooting, taking battery out and leaving etc but not worked. Apparently I can link up my phone using usb to laptop and do a fix but I am unsure how to go about this.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a BB Curve 8900. Couple of days back, I left it for charging. In an hour time when I rechecked, there was some issue with display, as it was getting distorted. Post this I did a battery pull. Post that when I restarted, there was a complete white screen, nothing else. The phone is booting up, and calls are coming, (as it is vibrating and ringing, and you can pick call), but the screen is completely white, you cannot see anything else, it is completely white.
I did a complete wipe, and reinstalled the OS(OS version 5), but still it is only showing complete white screen.
Blackberry Curve 8520 has locked and just has a white screen. Hasn't been dropped, it just happened. Have tried reloading OS but makes no difference. Is there anything that can be done to fix it?

It often occurs when I'm playing media, using apps and maps. There is a box with location and a check mark. there is a box with connections and a check mark. A save button and a Details button. This pops up everytime I click on the weather icon. Is there a way to keep this from popping up every time? It did not used to. I have uninstalled and re-installed the weather app 3 times and 1 time in safe mode. View 9 Replies View RelatedI followed the instructions on the website and when I connect it to reload the software, the error number on the screen's device changes to 561 and a window opens to tell me the desktop software can't communicate with my blackberry.Once I clicked on repair and wrote in my password it simply tells me that there are no available updates of BlackBerry Device Software at this time and to put in my email so they can warn me when a new update comes out.I don't need to update the software obviously, just to reload any version of it so my phone can work again.

My Blackberry 8520 curve suddenly hangs giving a white screen and when i restart it - the screen remains white. After i put it into charge - then only a successful start is done. So the only solution as of now i have - is whenever my blackberry hangs - i need to remove the battery - insert it again - and immediately put it into charging via USB/Electric-Power. Even if i re-insert the battery - the white screen comes - unless and until i put it into charging Earlier i was guessing - my battery was weak.

I can still answer calls if I slide my finger across the screen in the correct area, but I can not see anything but white.
