Jun 5, 2012I have a proglem that everytime i send pictures to my laptop via bluetooth, i need to do it one by one... If I select all picture i need to send (say 10 photos), then send bluetoth, i only got 1 picture... what if i took 50 photo in a day, i need to send it one by one?

Jan 22, 2010I have read all I can on this issue and it hasn't helped. I have a strange and dare I say new fault with my 9520. I can't send or forward emails BUT I can reply to an email. I am on BIS with O2UK and when I try and send, the option is just not in the menu and the mail symbol (for send) remains greyed out when I try and send or forward what I compose or receive.
All other data services are working and I have sent service books a hundred times and even tried 3 different OS's after doing security wipe!

Jul 19, 2011I have a blackberry bold 9700, which was given to me last week by my uncle. I unlocked it and added an orange simcard, without paying for email (however next month I will have bbm)The software version is 5.0.0.351. My problem is that there is not an option to send photos via text, there is bluetooth, flickr and email, but not over text. This is a real pain, especially coupled with the fact that i cannot receive photos either, for some reason, multiple people have tried! Is there anything that could be wrong with how I have set the blackberry up? I don't have OS 6 because I haven't paid for the blackberry service, however I would hope that I would still be able to send and receive photos on the earlier software.

Since then I could not receive photos, when one was sent this message would appear:***Not Retrieved Yet***(A clickable button) Download NowExpires : (A date and time)Whenever I clicked the download now button, it would say Retrieving Content but nothing else would happen after that.I tried sending photos and it said changing to MMS mode, but when I click send, it says Switing to SMS mode and where the delivery sign should be is a red X,I was able to send and receive photos prior to the update.

When I attempt to send MMS the message appears to attempt to send but ultimately fails and displays a red x next to the message.What is working: Everything else. Internet is working fine, I can send pics via email.Steps taken to attempt to fix during 6 calls to Boost customer care: The reps I spoke with had me provision the phone again, pull the battery out while the phone was on. Deleted the Transport and Client MMS service books and provisioned. Steps I have taken: Checked for service book updates, and registered the host routing table. Countless battery pulls. I searched the forums and couldn't find any other threads addressing MMS problems with Boost branded 8330's specifically. Tried sending smaller pics. My phone does display 1XEV, and under service books I have MMS Client & MMS Transport (when I look at the MMS Transport, the gateway IP shows all zeros). I've had users on almost all other carriers try to send me MMS.I've checked MMS options and message reception is enabled.
