BB Bold :: Cannot Send / Receive Photos

I have a blackberry bold 9700, which was given to me last week by my uncle. I unlocked it and added an orange simcard, without paying for email (however next month I will have bbm)The software version is 5.0.0.351. My problem is that there is not an option to send photos via text, there is bluetooth, flickr and email, but not over text. This is a real pain, especially coupled with the fact that i cannot receive photos either, for some reason, multiple people have tried! Is there anything that could be wrong with how I have set the blackberry up? I don't have OS 6 because I haven't paid for the blackberry service, however I would hope that I would still be able to send and receive photos on the earlier software.

It started when I did an update on my phone software. Since then I could not receive photos, when one was sent this message would appear:***Not Retrieved Yet***(A clickable button) Download NowExpires : (A date and time)Whenever I clicked the download now button, it would say Retrieving Content but nothing else would happen after that.I tried sending photos and it said changing to MMS mode, but when I click send, it says Switing to SMS mode and where the delivery sign should be is a red X,I was able to send and receive photos prior to the update.

I am having problems with my Nokia 2330 - Cant seem to be able to send or receive photos. When I receive a photo text from someone. the following message keeps saying "Uknown network error" and I cannot view it at all, I have tried to retrieve it, but wont do it. Also I cant send photos, which is rubbish. My phone lets me take photos and they get stored no problem. Please help as i am desperate to get this sorted. I only bought the phone last week. Anyone else had this problem. Also my internet on the phone does not appear to work either. Message came up "failed to connect to internet" but I do have plenty credit on my phone.

Okay so I just got this phone 2 days ago and everything works fine except this. I can't send or receive any photos from iPhone users. My number isn't being used with imessage and I can get photos from other people but anyone with an iPhone I can only send texts.

Using iPhone 5 with iOS 7.1.1. recently, I am not able to sent text messages with a photo attached. I get NOT DELIVERED. I cannot rec photos as a text either. I have deleted text msgs especially those containing photos, but I still can't send a text with a picture.

I have had my Blackberry 9700 since July 2010 with no problem until this past week it has stopped making and receiving phone calls and I can't send or receive SMS. When I try to make a call, it instantly comes up with "Call Failed". I have talked to my carrier (o2) and they too cannot come up with a fix, there is no issue from there part as the sim card works fine on another phone. Strange thing is I can still use the internet on 3G, send and receive emails and my BBM works.
In Manage Connections >> Services Status, it says:
Status: not available
Connection: not connected
Blackberry internet service:
Connection: Mobile network

only realized 5 days a go that my BBM had stopped working. I'm able to send messages and my contacts recieve them, but they stay as 'D' on my screen, but when they send a message back I do not recieve it but it says 'D' on their screen.I don't think i have changed any setting or messed with anything. I have tried delteting and reinstalling BBM but still the sane problem. Data Services are also on.

My blackberry bold 9700 cannot send SMS to any number, it can only receive SMS. Email and other online services are working well. I have checked the message center and it's correct. This problem started 3 days ago. Before that, SMS is working fine. I haven't done anything special 3 days ago, and really clueless about this. Early this day, I tried to put my sim card to other phone, and it can send SMS. Put it back to my bb 9700 and this problem started again.

I did a software upgrade and on completion it wiped out my email account so I can't send or receive emails on my BB but I can send and receive from my desktop. When I try to log on from my BB it won't recognize my email or password. Do I need to re-set some settings?

I can't send mail, but i can receive, and reply to them! when i write one, the contacts dont appear in the "to" section and i dont have the option "send".
My BB worked fine not so long ago, but after coming back from support, this has started to happen. I deleted and recreated all my accounts, tried all sorts of things, but nothing works.

I bought this Blackberry Bold 9900 2 months ago and it works good.But when i try to send or receive MMS it does not work. I cannot send any MMS to any number and i cannot receive any MMS from anybody. When I try to send them a big red X pups up right next to the message and it just stays there and the message does not go through.

I cannot send or receive any bbm messages from outside USA. if i tried sending a bbm it shows that it is delivered, but nothing more than that. i have contacted T mobile and they refreshed my account, but it's my phone and not the network because i tried another simcard (but still same problem ). For a few days now I have been unable to read what I am sending or receiving on my blackberry. I am notified that I have a new message, I go to my inbox, the message isn't moving to the top of my inbox so I have to find it, I can read the first part of the message while I'm still in my inbox, but when I click on the message to read it in full, it's not there! At this point my phone thinks I've read the message so it no longer alerts me about a new message. Same with sent messages, I can type and send them, but they don't appear in the message thread at all.

After a year and a half of use, my BB 9650 has not been receiving or sending email for 3 weeks.When I try to send email, the message displays the error "User account is in SUSPENDED mode"Tried accessing email settings - got the message "Your device is not registered. Go to Options > Settings Advanced Options Host Routing Table"When I do, I do see the Registration message in the message list, but still cannot send or receive email.I've also noticed a new icon a few times, and when I open I see a message "Regenerating encryption keys" - this process always times out and says there's an issue connecting with the server.I do not have an issue accessing the internet, using the Facebook application, phone calls, texts, etc.How I've tried to fix:Reboot - both by battery and then removing battery and SIM cardcalled my wireless provider and they confirmed Blackberry Internet Service is on - that it's an issue with the device (which they did not provide and do not support)Downloaded and updated Desktop softwareupdated device software to 6.0.0.706

I have been trying to get gmail working off & on for about a month now. I have had a gmail account for as far back as I can remember. I have set it up on my 9700 and received the "congrats" email from the bb service, but never receive emails.
Created a NEW gmail account, and have tested from my hotmail account (which IS receiving and sending fine on my BB). Still not receiving gmail on device. Called T-Mob, spoke to rep and BB supprt rep. I recieved 2 or 3 emails that night (couple of weeks ago). Nothing since.
Can:
Send an email to hotmail account and gmail accounts from my BB (using a gmail account to send) and I receive them on my computer. I recieve the hotmail email on my BB, but not the gmail. No matter what I do, I can't seem to receive gmail on my BB.
I have:
•Resent the Service Books from both the Handheld and my PC (A few times)
•Registered a few times through the Host Table and got the registrering email
•Checked to ensure no filters interfering on my provider setup and made sure that it is set to "forward to device"
•Deleted the Gmail Account and set it up again - same issue
•Set up a hotmail account, which works fine.
•Confirmed Gmail settings (on gmail site). POP is enabled (recent)as well as IMAP
•Checked Firewall settings
•Rebooted my Blackberry by pulling the battery after most of the events above
I'm an IT Support Specialist, but just can't seem to figure out what the problem is. I am new to BB and new to the community, and I feel like this is just beyond my periferal vision.
