when I click on the option to check for upgrades to my facebook app from the facebook app on my curve 9330 OS 6, it goes to a URL but does not do anything after that. I currently have 3.0.0.17. Do I have the most recent version of this app for my OS? Is this an FB issue?

I orginally had 3 emails on my device but now it will only show 1 and when I go to verify my other emails it doesn't work. It keeps saying that it cannot connect and to try again later. I've tried several times and it keeps coming up with the same error message. I did a try and redownload the software but it still doesn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions? I really need to get to my emails.

I put in my passwords and when I press the verify button it configures for a bit then a message comes up saying: "Sorry, unable to continue your sessions. Please log in again." I log in again and it still doesn't work!

When I tried to reset them/ i keep getting an error message of "Sorry unable to continue your session. Please log in again" when I click the verify button. I even tried to delete the emails I have set but it does not give me the option from the menu screen. Has anyone experienced the same issue and have a way to fix it? Other than downgrading the update and seeing if that fixes the problem?

I turned it off and on again, but it would only fill up three quarters of the bar on the loading up screen. I then took the battery out left it for a while put it back in, and it has done exactly the same thing. What I can do to get my blackberry working again.

It keeps trying to restart over and over again. We don't even get to the menu. We have tried removing the battery and tried to restart by pressing the alt, aA(arrow) and del button together but it doesn't work.

It required me to reboot the blackberry so I did and now that it has loaded up I get a message saying 'To start using your Blackberry (R) smartphone, you will need to confirm the languages that you use.' and a highlighted button saying 'Continue'. Thing is, I can't press any buttons or scroll through writing or anything. No buttons, though I can use 'alt' and 'caps. There doesn't seem to be a signal either. I take the battery out and put it back in but when the Blackberry loads up again the same screen comes up. I know it has updated because the loading screen is different.

Have downloaded JL_Cmder as other posts seem to point to this. But unsure how to install stuff after the wipe as the current Destop software does not seem to correspond to the help that is being presented in the forums and on various web sites.
I am updating the software on my Curve 9360, and it is in the 'Backing Up Your Data' part at the start, but has stopped at 13% of the overall backup process. It has been stuck at this for over an hour, any tips on what to do? If I turn it off/take the battery out, will I lose the data on my phone?

View 1 Replies View RelatedThe battery on my daughter's BB Curve 9300 went completely flat the other day and will no longer charge in the usual way. However, we have found another way to recharge the battery and after inserting it fully charged to the handset re-booted.
It all re-booted ok but when the password screen appeared it wouldn't respond to any keys on the handset and she can't enter the password. The handset is now permantently locked and won't even switch it off. We've tried removing the battery and re-booting (several times) but no luck.
Is there a dock for the Curve 3G 9330? Something that would let me "stand up" the phone on a night stand as an Alarm Clock and charge (or run phone on DC, non-battery power) at the same time?

After setting up the sync function (with a yahoo account), my blackberry screen in blank. There is a blinking red light in the top right face of the phone. View 9 Replies View RelatedI have a cell phone so I can place and recieve calls and my 9330 won't place calls (it "connects" but there s no sound and when the person "I called" answers there is a clicking sound), answer calls (it rings, and the "talk" nor "select" buttons work) nor play media files through the media plaers (I always get the same error msg "there was an error in playback").
