I pressed the Off button but now, despite pressing the start button, the phone will not come alive, although it was recently charged. AND Why do I need to pay extra for this, if I pay £5 a month, do I get unlimited access for the cost? Or will I incur further browsing charges? i don't know why they do this, as it is no more superior to any other phones browser!

Apr 11, 2012I brought my BlackBerry a few weeks back, and brought the Data Plan (£5 for BBM, Internet etc for 1 month)... IT was working PERFECTLY until yesterday Morning... I woke up, checked my BBM as usual, Ended all the chats that were Broadcast Messages blah blah blah, and went to speak to one of my Contacts on BBM... THe message wouldnt send... I thought it's probably just slow or something.... Yet im still having the same problems now... Nearly 2 days it hasnt worked now, and it's getting very annoying!
Features that are being affected are;
- BBM
- Facebook App
- App World
- Browser
This is one message I usally get while trying to use the Browser:
"Unable to connect to the Internet, please try again later.
If the problem persists please contact your service provider."
Another thing that's really annoyed me is the fact that most people with a Similar problem to my has "gprs" in Lower Case letters, yet i have "GPRS" in Capitals, yet still not working.. I admit, on the rare occasion i can send a message but it takes ages, usually about 30 minutes. No matter where I go, whether it's my house, the woods, the town, anywhere, im getting the same problem, whereas before, I could go anywhere, including those 3 place and it would be FINE!!
I've done everything I could, Battery Removal, Wipe, SImple turned the Mobile Network off, then back on... NOTHING is helping!!
Until yesterday morning i had NO problems what so ever, then suddenly I get this!!!

Jul 30, 2011There is a 1xT(bar)x on the top right hand corner of my phone. My phone is able to receive and send calls/texts but my internet/email is not working at all. When I go to manage connections, mobile network is checked off, but Mobile Network Options shows that even though data services are on, my mobile network is listed as 'none." I tried a reset by taking the battery out but that didn't work. I've only had this phone for a few weeks and it worked fine up until yesterday.

Mar 10, 2010I just recently purchased an unlocked Blackberry 8900 phone which I placed my current contracts sim card in. My sim's contract includes mobile internet, just wondering how I can use this on my blackberry?
I can set up the Blackberry to use my wifi connection no problem, just can't figure how to set it up to use the mobile internet included in my price plan?
Also when I try to install the Blackberry Appworld, it says my device is not supported - even when I try viewing on the Blackberry's browser and connecting to my laptop! Why is this?

It says contact service provider when i goingt o use third party applications. BIt dosent correct the issue when i restart my phone either. But when i switch off the phone and replace battey. then wait few seconds and again switch on the phone internet is working fine for some time.Im curious about this issue hence its a intermittentl one. Nov 19, 2012I'm trying to use standard 3.5mm jack headphones on my curve. However for a start they don't seem to fit very well (they don't go all the way down). Secondly when in all they way all I get is a kind of a low clicking noise. If I pull the connector out slightly I can just about get it to play but the sound quality is poor. Does this ring any bells? Same thing happens with multiple headphones and whether I'm playing an MP3 or using the radio. The OS is 7.10 bundle 1319.

Aug 7, 2011I got a replacement 9320 today after claiming on my insurance, but the GPS doesn't want to work.
Location services are on and GPS is set to Device, I refresh the GPS and it fails to locate. Doesn't matter whether I'm inside or out, it times-out and fails.
I've tried the GPS diagnostics and it just says the same thing; that it couldn't find my location. My network supports GPS as I used it on my old 9300, so I'm a little stumped.
Also, BlackBerry maps refuses to search, just saying 'Unknown Error'. Possibly connected?

Oct 17, 2012I'm having issues pairing my device (9320) with my new Blackberry Playbook. The software on my phone is 7.1 Bundle 2039. I can pair both devices together through Blackberry Bridge but it shows that I've recieved new emails but doesnt let me open them.
I paired the Playbook with a friends phone (9360) which operates on a different system 7.1 Bundle 1133. And this works fine and we can access the emails and the device and playbook work fine.
