I bought a curve 9320 with which i got a 6 months free Black berry services ( BBS).For the activation of BBS i have sent a msg BBSFREE at 121 but my services is not activated.After calling in customer care they told me that they have activated my services on their hand and told me that you will have to register your phone to avail services.I donno how to register phone to activate my BBS.

I got this problem since I started using my BB curve 9300. My sister bought this in UK but Im using it right now here in the Philippines. Most of the time, when my friend is calling me, his/her name does not appear in my screen while its ringing. So everytime someone is calling, i think it's somebody else. But when I checked my phone history, my friend's name was registered.

i cant get sky email account registered on my blackberry curve, every time i try i get a veryify email user name or password or server error, if message keeps appearing contact sky, went back to the 3 store they couldn't do it for me, called sky they gave me some email server addresses to try but they dont work know my email address and password and user name correct?

I am trying to activate my BBM and it was already registered on my provider however my provider cannot detect my device because the host routing table was not registered. I tried to register my host routing table several times but I am not getting any response. Everything was enabled on my phone. The data services was enabled and the TCP IP was also enabled. View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to use standard 3.5mm jack headphones on my curve. However for a start they don't seem to fit very well (they don't go all the way down). Secondly when in all they way all I get is a kind of a low clicking noise. If I pull the connector out slightly I can just about get it to play but the sound quality is poor. Does this ring any bells? Same thing happens with multiple headphones and whether I'm playing an MP3 or using the radio. The OS is 7.10 bundle 1319.

My phone is currently completely dead, and has been for 1 day now and I have tried multiple chargers. The red light comes on for max 10 seconds and then it turns off, as if the phone is not charging anymore.

Location services are on and GPS is set to Device, I refresh the GPS and it fails to locate. Doesn't matter whether I'm inside or out, it times-out and fails.
I've tried the GPS diagnostics and it just says the same thing; that it couldn't find my location. My network supports GPS as I used it on my old 9300, so I'm a little stumped.
Also, BlackBerry maps refuses to search, just saying 'Unknown Error'. Possibly connected?
Does anyone else have the problem of no Blackberry services? I upgraded in September - it worked fine till the new month of October and then no sevices (I thought it was something to do with my service provider, but they confirmed it to be a blackberry problem). So I waited till the new month and still no services.

I then went to set up wizard/email set up but there is only the option to: - 'I want to use a work email account....' but nothing to set up a personal email address. I logged onto [URL] to try and register for an account, however I continually get the message 'Cannot create account This Blackberry device is not registered with your wireless service provider...' even though I received a message saying I was registered. I paired the Playbook with a friends phone (9360) which operates on a different system 7.1 Bundle 1133. And this works fine and we can access the emails and the device and playbook work fine.

Also as soon as I brought the phone I downloaded the Blackberry Desktop Support software. The desktop software and the storage options on the phone both say that I have a 14.4MB remaining on the phone storage and 1.4GB remaining on my memory card. When I attempt to download apps on the phone through my Wi-Fi it says that there is not enough space remaining. I assume that the phone only attempts to download the app to the device memory. Is there a way that I can get the phone to automatically download the app directly to my memory card? Or is there some other problem which is stopping me downloading apps?

I am new user of Blackberry, but I am fond of the system and I want to continue to use it.Unfortunately, I have a problem. I donīt have BIS/BBS but my phone has a Wi-Fi! Every time I connect on my Wi-Fi there is only browser in the phone which is working. None of my applications (App world, Googlemaps, LogicMail, Twitter, Facebook, RSS etc.) work. The only solution seems to be to restart my phone completely. Then everything is fine except Gmaps and RSS (- there is still an announcement: please ensure that your device is connected to the wireless network and try again). I donīt understand it. If I turn on Wi-Fi, it everything should work normally.I am also an iOS user and on Apple devices wi-fi works just great with every application, no need to restart the device.
