I am having problems charging my blackberry curve 9320. It is not my battery because I have tried with some of my friends batteries and it is still not working. My phone is currently completely dead, and has been for 1 day now and I have tried multiple chargers. The red light comes on for max 10 seconds and then it turns off, as if the phone is not charging anymore.
View 4 RepliesI upgraded to a BB Curve 9320. Today it is charging for the first time, but while charging it keeps rebooting, not continually but every few minutes. I already connected it to my computer which has Windows 7, to the Blackberry software and synced it with Contacts etc, but it is still rebooting.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to use standard 3.5mm jack headphones on my curve. However for a start they don't seem to fit very well (they don't go all the way down). Secondly when in all they way all I get is a kind of a low clicking noise. If I pull the connector out slightly I can just about get it to play but the sound quality is poor. Does this ring any bells? Same thing happens with multiple headphones and whether I'm playing an MP3 or using the radio. The OS is 7.10 bundle 1319.

Everything else is fine but I can't scroll up or down to earlier messages in a chat.Also I sent a message to all of my contacts but it doesn't say I'm in a chat with every contact.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI got a replacement 9320 today after claiming on my insurance, but the GPS doesn't want to work.
Location services are on and GPS is set to Device, I refresh the GPS and it fails to locate. Doesn't matter whether I'm inside or out, it times-out and fails.
I've tried the GPS diagnostics and it just says the same thing; that it couldn't find my location. My network supports GPS as I used it on my old 9300, so I'm a little stumped.
Also, BlackBerry maps refuses to search, just saying 'Unknown Error'. Possibly connected?
I bought a curve 9320 with which i got a 6 months free Black berry services ( BBS).For the activation of BBS i have sent a msg BBSFREE at 121 but my services is not activated.After calling in customer care they told me that they have activated my services on their hand and told me that you will have to register your phone to avail services.I donno how to register phone to activate my BBS.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI'm having issues pairing my device (9320) with my new Blackberry Playbook. The software on my phone is 7.1 Bundle 2039. I can pair both devices together through Blackberry Bridge but it shows that I've recieved new emails but doesnt let me open them.
I paired the Playbook with a friends phone (9360) which operates on a different system 7.1 Bundle 1133. And this works fine and we can access the emails and the device and playbook work fine.
I just got dis BB curve and I noticed it didn't ring for long.so I took another fone and called my number.I could hear it ringing on d other fone but my BB wasn't ringing,not even an incoming call alert till about the third ring.I tried with several phones and the same thing happened.it annoys me coz by the tym my BB rings and I have 2 pick up,the caller is hanging up coz it rang for long.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI recently got a blackberry 9320 about a month ago and my battery tends to heat up after a couple of minutes of using it, I don't know what the problem could be...My brother had the same problem with his BB 8520 but only after a year, it later stopped working. 2 weeks after getting my phone I used his 8520 charger because it was much longer then iy charger, then my battery started heating up I don't know if it is charger but I stopped using it and it still heats up.

Also as soon as I brought the phone I downloaded the Blackberry Desktop Support software. The desktop software and the storage options on the phone both say that I have a 14.4MB remaining on the phone storage and 1.4GB remaining on my memory card. When I attempt to download apps on the phone through my Wi-Fi it says that there is not enough space remaining. I assume that the phone only attempts to download the app to the device memory. Is there a way that I can get the phone to automatically download the app directly to my memory card? Or is there some other problem which is stopping me downloading apps?

I am new user of Blackberry, but I am fond of the system and I want to continue to use it.Unfortunately, I have a problem. I donīt have BIS/BBS but my phone has a Wi-Fi! Every time I connect on my Wi-Fi there is only browser in the phone which is working. None of my applications (App world, Googlemaps, LogicMail, Twitter, Facebook, RSS etc.) work. The only solution seems to be to restart my phone completely. Then everything is fine except Gmaps and RSS (- there is still an announcement: please ensure that your device is connected to the wireless network and try again). I donīt understand it. If I turn on Wi-Fi, it everything should work normally.I am also an iOS user and on Apple devices wi-fi works just great with every application, no need to restart the device.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI've been receiving emails for the last few months or so, the emails would go to the "messages" application and the sms/mms would go to the "text messages" application. i don't know what i did yesterday, but suddenly only txt and mms messages appear in both applications. my emails are nowhere to be found. I still get the little enveloppe at the top telling me i've received some new emails and can access the latest mesgs by clicking on the top banner (with the reminders) but my inbox has virtually disappeared. Every time i bb click when the msg app is open, i get layout options, not the app's options does this sound familiar to any one here? when i try to open "inbox" nothing happens.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have just got a new BB curve 9320,7.1 bundle 1319 (v7.1.0.398, platform 9.49.0.31I am on a monthly 3 contract. I wish to set up my private and business email accounts. When I go into Setup, Email Accounts I am on a screen that says "no accounts activated" and it has a setup screen for activating an Enterprise Account.I contacted 3 and they told me I need a contract add on for internet & email which I duly purchased, I spent an hour last night on the phone with the 3 tech team trying to set up the email account. He took me through the process of registering the host routing table and now I have a new symbol on the screen (4 dots)but it still didn't change my email setup options. He kept saying I should have 2 choices on my screen to either set up my own email account or activate an enterprise account - which I don't.
Eventually my 3 tech guy contacted Blackberry who said that he would need to pay for support which he declined so now I have a new Blackberry Curve 9320 which I can't & 3 tech support can't get to setup my email accounts.
My blackberry curve 9320 is constently freezing! Few months back it foze and i had to start up my bb again!! Is there anyway i can stop it freezing or prevent it from constently freezing ??
