I recently replaced my blackberry curve with the same one and I used to get all of my email accounts in my main message folder but now I can't get one of my emails to show up in the main message folder.

View 4 Replies View RelatedBlackberry bold 9650, OS 6 bundle 1741 (verizon)issue: I have set up gmail (in addition to my corporate BIS administrater account). when an gmail comes, in the 'gmail icon' shows as if there is an new email, when opening this icon, it doesn't show any email (in the top it shows 'All Mail' folder), but if I go to the main mail icon (desktop mail icon), then I can see my corporate emails AND gmails.Any idea why this behaves this way? I may have played around the gmail plug-in and might try to remove it sometime back. I tried to add it again it says my phone is not compatible.for what is worth, this device was in 5.0 before, I upgraded to OS 6 few months back, since then I have this issue (the plugin was working great in the previous version).
View 1 Replies View RelatedI organized my screen for hours on my BB8330, created some sub folders and put all icons in order. And, I lost my "Options" and "Compose" icons, which is like the most important ones! I read all suggestions here. It is not hidden, it is not in another folder, it just gone. Now when I change the Theme, I do see it, but all my work is gone, and I like my current Theme of Sprint. Any idea how to restore my lost icons on my current Theme? Look like a BB common problem.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI had my BB Torch 9800 for few month. Previously used to work fine, all my emails used to show up in message folder. But these days when I receive emails my bb flashes red and it shows on top of the screen emails icon. But when I open my messages folder it shows empty folder without any emails, even though I can see the email icon showing there is emails awaiting. I do aware of this option that, if I press bb menu and then press show all, my email address with my name will show up. With this way I can view received emails. But I don't want to use this option, as I prefer all my emails goes to message folder, that way I can have more space to download other apps.
Note: if i reboot my device all emails shows up in message folder! I don't want to reboot my device everytime I face this problem.
I just changed from Nokia to BB 8320, the missed call shows on the main screen with " You have 1 new missed call" "View / Close".Is it possible to have this clear notification when i receive a text sms?

Call the carrier support center but they said that one of my mailbox was hit by virus which is very unlikely since it only happen after i switch from 9780 to 9860. If it was from one of the mailbox, it should appear in the respective mailbox than in general message folder. Since talking with the support center is a waste of time, I just accepted their explanation and live with the problem. Now, I have to delete minimum 100 emails per day.I just want to shut it off. I can even read their business email. Attached are pictures for better understanding of my problem.
When I reply to my personal email on my BB there is no record of my response in my send folder on my desktop. I am using FireFox.However when I respond to my company email the sent response does appear in my sent folder but they use outlook.

View 6 Replies View RelatedBeen using the N900 for a few weeks now, replacing one of my superb E90s. So far, sort of so good, the major differences in the user interface are causing a few issues, but I sort of expected that!Does anyone have any answers to the following please?
1. Is there some way of being notified of my emails better? I have four accounts on my Nokia Messaging account, and I have to open each one and check each inbox individually. Pain in the neck; is there an app that shows on the main menu screen what new emails are in which box?
2. Can SMS be marked read? My N900 keeps reporting that I have so many new SMSs, but I have actually read them;
3. Why do all my contacts' birthdays come up twice in the calendar? That's just annoying - it looks as though the N900 is adding a birthday automatically;
4. Is there a setting to allow the system to change from portrait to landscape and back again? My device only seems to do this on a few applications - is this normal?
5. Skype - is there a way to see which contacts are on line, other than having to wade through the contact lists? I have over 2,000 contacts and it is pretty time consuming, if I am just looking for a chat with anyone about.

The only problem is that all of my old emails/texts are on the old device and I need them in my new device.Is there any way to download/sync the new device so that I get access to my old messages? Even if I could download/sync directly from hotmail.I would love to have my old BBMs too but that is definitely secondary.

Till a few days back, everything was working perfectly but suddenly, some automatic change happened in the filters of both accounts, and I'm able to see only emails marked 'Important' in those icons. For all the other emails, I have to go to the 'Messages' icon.
When I check the Filter option for my gmail (or official mail) icon, I saw that it was default marked to 'Important'. I am able to change it to 'Inbox' and see my inbox emails temporarily but there's no option of saving that filter type. When I open my gmail (or official mail) icon the next time, I only see the 'Imporant' mails.
After updating my Curve 9300 with BB App World, my phone doesn't show the App World icon in apps folder.
