Does anyone know if it is possible to archive text messages to your PC and be able to read them from the PC? I have a LOT of text messages and it is slowing down retrieval on the phone.I need to download the messages to my PC, but not in the IPD format.I would like to either download them into a spreadsheet format or just a straight word doc that can be easily accessed.
I hope someone can help me. My integrated message folder is missing. Can you please help me put it back on? It is the folder that is default with BB that houses all of your messages, but more importantly receives my messages from my main account (work) with BB.
i was connecting my 8310 to my pc using the usb cable, and when was displayed the pop-up alert on the phone, to allow the memory card connection, I selected the flag to avoid the repetition of the question, but, unluckly, I selected the "No" option and not the "Yes" option: a very stupid type mistake. So, now, Desktop Manager can't connect with that computer, cause the 8310 has stored the option that it hasn't to connect and never ask it again. Is there any way to restore the pop up message to allow the pc to connect by USB?I tryed to restore the default option for the firewall, but the situation didin't change.
I have 5 text messages that will not delete from my phone. I have tried: a) delete b) selecting them all and delete c) going to the date and delete all prior d) soft reboot with power off e) hard reboot of removing battery with power on
I have deleted other messages before and after these, so it is just these 5 that will not go away!
I've had two Blackberry, but I'm new to the community. I traded my Pearl for the Curve 8330 a couple of days ago. The new message icon is constantly showing up. It started with three, then four, and now six. I have read several forums and have tried pulling my battery several times. I have even deleted my e-mail account and set it up again. I have gone into all my folders to see if there is a message hiding somewhere. I can't find anything. Has anyone else had this problem? Aside from doing a factory restore and/or calling Verizon does anyone have any suggestions on how I can reset the counter? By the way, my carrier is Verizon!
I have a blackberry 8330 curve with service from alltel. I had originally recorded a message for my voicemail on my phone. i was wondering if anyone knew if it could be changed back to the original factory recording.
I have a BB curve 8330 from Verizon.. Lets say I text 10 people and I want to delete the texts from just one of those contacts.. Can I do a mass delete with out getting rid of all the other texts with out having to delete them one at a time?
I was having trouble accessing most websites (although I could get email via the university system where I work), so I tried the wireless upgrade/update that was suggested. After I did that, I lost everything - phone, text, and Internet. My calendar is wiped out, as is my contacts. When I try to "turn on" mobile services, it does not turn on. Verizon is not even listed as my service provider. It is as if it cannot find a service provider and therefore, will not make a connection.
I keep receiving this error message: "During synchronization, some of the records were invalid. The following 1 records where skipped: Address Book -0, Microsoft Outlook -1 Do you want to view the synchronization log for more details?" The sync log doesn't give me any clue, apparently thereīs no big deal, but it generates the error and I also canīt sync with splash ID
Is there a way to make the mini sd the default location for texts?I have AT&T and about twice a day I get a system message:"SIM CARD FULL, please delete text messages"
How do I save my text messages to my micro sd card all at once, or do I have to do it one by one? Please explain how to save text conversations to my card so I can later access them. Also, on the other end of the spectrum, how do I delete all my SMS texts at one time? I can easily figure out how to do it one by one, but I have over 100 that I want to do all at one time.
The message is 'this is a wi fi only service'.I have set up as 'wifi preferred' and that is fine in the office or at home, but outside wifi areas the berry will not connect to the internet and gives that error message.
I used to be able to see a combined list of my emails, SMS texts, missed phone calls, voicemails and just about anything else when I opened the Message folder icon on my Blackberry Curve 8330 desktop, but now when I open it, all I get is a blank white screen. When I hit the menu button, the menu pops up without a problem and if I click the track ball, it will open a message, but I can't see the list itself. Also, when I go to view folder I can access any of the individual folders and they come up just fine. The only problem is the combined message list you're supposed to get when you open up the icon on the desktop (or application menu).
I am trying to Sync My blackberry 8330 Phone with MS Outlook 2010 Beta. I can not Sync to any part of MS Outlook (Calendar, E-Mail, etc) I always get the same error message "No available Message Stores". Does anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it.

I accidentally saved a bunch of messages that I want to move back to the main message folder, but I can't see a way to move even 1 message back, let alone doing a group move.
All my pals are suddenly getting into Blackberry Messenger. For some reason i do not have the icon on my 8300 and whenever i try to download it i get a not compatible message back. can anybody out there help at all?
My Curve suddenly stopped receiving text messages and it shows I have email messages, however, I am unable to access them. I also have lost the ability to send text messages and emails, as well.Tried removing the battery and resetting that way, and have also done a soft reboot per AT&T's instructions.AT&T has also reset my registration (or something like that) and have verified that nothing in my service plan has changed.
I have a Curve 8330 and want to keep my outlook and Yahoo email separate. Is there a way to keep the yahoo emails form showing in my Main Message List?
The bar on the top of the screen between the "select a profile" and the "search magnifying glass" where the notifications pop up not sure what that page is called but in this slide down screen under Text Messages I have a text message that is staying at unread. Even though I have deleted the text message and I've tried everything to try and get it to go away. Today I have a Blackberry Messenger Message that won't delete as well. Does anyone else have this problem and figure out a way to refresh and get ride of it? I've tried turning the device on and off a few times but doesn't fix the issue.
I just want to know if there is a way that I can open my text message "inbox" without haivng to open a new text message that I have. I used to have a droid. When I clicked on the message icon, it would open to the full inbox, just not the conversation with the new text message. I want to know if there is a way I can do this with my iPhone as well.

Im a bit new with using a BB so any help in plain english would be good! and also while im on it, the places app on facebook does not seem to work for me, the GPS, ect is all switched on!

Somehow I have deleted my text message icon by addcident. Supposedly this is not even possible when I ask my friends, but it definitely isn't hidden as I've gone through all the instructions to 'show all' and still can't find it.
