I received my Blackberry Curve 3G 2 days ago, on Tuesday, and my connection on it (on the top right hand of the screen) changes from 3G to GSM.I've tried all of the solutions to fix this, such as pulling the battery out, registering the Host Routing Table, but it still happens.
I'm deciding whether to contact Blackberry to get a replacement, as my phone's connection keeps on dropping.Is there any other way I can fix this?
i have a problem with the network connection it is changing and loosing it all the time! Im in Norway using a MYCALL sim card!

I have a unlocked N97. Everything is working fine except 2 things that i am having problems with:
1- I have added my WLAN home network in the Internet destination. Also a normal MMS connection for Multimedia Services and my GPRS connection in the WAP Services. I have set the default connection to Internet but still when I open applications like weather or browser, it doesn't connect to WLAN (It's availaible and use is set to Auto, other access points are selected to after confirmation) and it asks for connecting to WAP connection or not.
2- I can't send any text messages and I want to change my message centre. but when I go to Messages > Options > Settings > Message Centres > Options it has nothing as "Add message centre" so I can add a new message centre for sending text messages. what should I do?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I seem to have gotten everything working on the Curve, except for the email.I had the same email accounts (gmail, hotmail) set up on both phones, but for some reason now that I've switched over to the Curve on the Fido network, I can't send or receive email.I've checked all my settings, and they seem right.I can access the web, my Wi-Fi is set up, and I can send & receive texts. Anyone have any ideas about this email problem? Also, I can't remember my account username for the BB website to access my account online to change the email.When I ask to send my password, it says it has been sent to my BB, but of course I can't receive email, so I'm not getting it.

I have changed the phone number from the one supplied to my previous number to avoid having to notify all my cotacts of a new number. When I go into the calls screen (the one brought up when you press the green phone button) On the "My Number" line it is still showing the supplied number not the one I have changed to. I've tried to change the user name (in settings, email, login info) but it won't let me edit the field. Should i delete the whole account and start again?
