I have problem since few hours ago that I can not send messages through BBM to all my contacts but I can receive messages from my contacts.I have rang the provider and there is no problem on their side, I have tried to remove SIM card, soft reset, remove the battery, upgrade the BMM. But none of them works.

I recently changed my email passwords and now my BB won't deliver the emails. I rec'd a message saying that I need to verify my new passords and tells me how to do it. But I follow those instructions and it asks me to enter my user name and password. I've tried the one that I've used to add software, but that doesn't work. In fanct, nothing works. how to retrieve or reset that information.
View 4 Replies View RelatedOK, as you've helped me fix the last problem, here's another one.I have had 3 SE phones now, the last a K850i which worked like a dream. Before I upgraded to the x10 mini pro, I brought a new Fiat car, which has an integral bluetooth & media system called 'Blue & Me'.
Part of the 'Blue & Me' system was a feature that not only accepted phone calls to the car, but would also accept text messages and ask you if you would like it read out. This feature worked brilliantly with the 850i and was very handy.
However, since i got the x10 mini pro and connected it, it has never worked.
Is this because it is a smart phone and therefore they do not deal with text messages in the same way, or do I need to do something to get it working again?
I've looked through the car manual and can not see angthing to help.Obviously this is not the end of the world, but it would be nice if i could fix it.
I recently canceled my blackberry phone and I was syncing my email @me.com with the mobile email account @mobileemail.vodafone.com.au . Anyone who sends me an email to my @me.com account are getting a return email stating that I have not received it on my blackberry device. I've checked out my @me.com settings and its not forwarded from there, and I cannot login to the BIS carriers website due to the cancellation (and i forget the password)I called the carrier yesterday and they said it was still active and they deleted the account. Its been 12 hours since then, should I be waiting longer or is there another simple fix I overlooked? As I sent a test email and received it again.

I can received AOL and other emails on my BB w/o any problem. When I send an email from the BB - it sends - yet it never reaches the recipients.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have had my Blackberry 9700 since July 2010 with no problem until this past week it has stopped making and receiving phone calls and I can't send or receive SMS. When I try to make a call, it instantly comes up with "Call Failed". I have talked to my carrier (o2) and they too cannot come up with a fix, there is no issue from there part as the sim card works fine on another phone. Strange thing is I can still use the internet on 3G, send and receive emails and my BBM works.
In Manage Connections >> Services Status, it says:

Connection: not connected
Blackberry internet service:
Connection: Mobile network
I am not able to reply to any iMessages or start a conversation with ONLY one of my contacts who is using the iPod iOS 5 system... However I am able to receive messages from him. I have tried everything from restoring my phone multiple times to deleting and re creating a new iCloud account ... Is there something that I'm missing?

I'm having a problem with Skype on my N900 (PR1.2).
The vast majority of my Skype contacts are fine. I can Skype Instant Message them with no problem.
However, there are a couple where when I try and send an IM, I get the message:
messaging_fi_unable_to_deliver_message_contact_unauthorized
I have tried removing the contact (from both my and the remote contact's Skype), and I've readded from my N900 and asked for authorization, and its been accepted, but I still get the error message when I try and IM.
When the remote contact IMs me the message never turns up, but they don't get an error message.
I've also tried it the other way around, where we delete the contacts on each other's Skype, and then the remote contact has asked for authorization, and I've accepted on the N900 - but still the same message.
The remote user us on Windows 7, using Skype 4.2.0.169. It has worked previously, but all of a sudden, it stopped for no obvious reason. This is happening with two of my contacts, who are in two different locations on different versions of Windows. Oddly, Skype voice calls work okay!
I can IM all my other Skype contacts no problem.
My wife is on a school trip to the US. Meanwhile, I am at home in Canada. I am texting her, but I found it odd she never replies and vice versa. So, she discovered that her iPhone (latest iOS 5 release) keeps trying to send the message as an iMessage. It is not reverting to SMS after a given time, as it should and as I have seen it do before. I have tried it now also and my wife only receives my messages when she has a wifi connection (she does not have data roaming enabled). It seems like my iPhone too continously tries to send the message as an iMessage and it does not switch to SMS after a certain timeout time. The message that the iPhone continously tries to send as an iMessage never fails, however the status does not change until the next time my wife is in wifi coverage and the message is delivered.

I saved the settings and did a battery pull. I can now receive mms from myself but not from anyone else.Any ideas that I can try or do I need to go through a couple hours of customer service?

I spoke to Tech support, they say everything is ok on their side. I took my phone back, the tech at the MTN shop checked, corrected my centre number.
Still NOTHING. I can send smss and e-mails but cant receive any. People who sent me mails or messages says their phones shows it was delivered.

View 1 Replies View RelatedIve had my 9700 since December...never had a problem until a week or so ago. I am suddenly not able to receive any type of MMS. My phone receives the message but when I open it all I see is a small red X near the top of the screen, and if theres text in the message, I also get a message "Text attachment missing or invalid" right below the red X. However, if I forward the message to myself, it works and I can then see the pic and/or text that was sent.I am on ATT, OS 5.0.0.405 (from the factory), and have an unlimited message/data plan.
I can SEND MMS just fine. Something I noticed is that when I go into my message folder, theres an icon of an envelope with a small arrow pointing to the right of the message (see pics below). Also, my friend said she tried to send me a couple of MMS pics last week, but after a few minutes, a red X showed up next to her sent messages instead of a check mark (which indicates message sent successfully). I never received those messages. I also had her try resending the pic several times, and even had her try to take and send new pics, and also had her try to send older pics that have been on her phone for a while to see if the pic she was sending me was somehow corrupt and if it was just new pics that had the problem or old pics. Pics I received fine months ago are not coming through now. Everyone else she sends the pics to gets them just fine. She is sending from a Curve 8310.Ive tried a battery pull, SIM card pull, have had service books resent, and have run a diagnostic test from options > mobile network > menu > diagnostics test > menu > run. It all seems fine.
i updated my phone last week,and ever since then i do not receive any gmail anymore.i did the batt pull thing. i also deleted the gmail app from my phone and reinstalled it but still no email.can anyone help me.funny thing is i hear a sound for the email but not email in my boxes?

I'm able to send messages and my contacts recieve them, but they stay as 'D' on my screen, but when they send a message back I do not recieve it but it says 'D' on their screen.I don't think i have changed any setting or messed with anything. I have tried delteting and reinstalling BBM but still the sane problem. Data Services are also on.

I have checked the message center and it's correct. This problem started 3 days ago. Before that, SMS is working fine. I haven't done anything special 3 days ago, and really clueless about this. Early this day, I tried to put my sim card to other phone, and it can send SMS. Put it back to my bb 9700 and this problem started again.
