I need help. I just upgrade my os to OS6 and in the process lost my license to Beamreader (BR). BR now wants me to register my license again or buy again. Is there a way to retrieve this ? I have checked past emails from BB App world and SLG Mobile (provider of BR) but only have the purchase receipt.

I can share photos fine so something is working. I've tried several combinations of selecting the item to be shared and bringing the backs of the phones together. With contacts it seems to have shared the contact but it doesn't show up in the contacts on the receiving phone. I'm looking for a step by step process for doing this.

I upgraded it to 5.0.0.57 and all I get is the Blackberry Messenger License Agreement and it will not allow me to click on either button, ``I Accept``or ``Ì Do Not Accept`` .Is there something I`m missing or what.... Also vodaphone phone line and service office are not able to help me my service is with them.How do I get this critical info back, as I urgently need to contact several people in my contact list, but can't without their numbers that are saved into my phone or wherever they get saved when entered.Have also done previous backups, but none seem to restore this info.

Following upgrade my calendar, notes and bookmarks were still there but many apps missing, all music gone and most crucially most of my contacts have disappeared although I still have lots of text messages (numbers appearing rather than name) and emails. I have contacts only where their name begins with an A !All backups have disappeared too. I connected to an old laptop and managed to retrieve apps and the music which I had syned from that laptop previously but still no sign of the contacts.
