My bb bold keeps continually reloading and closing down and has been doing this for the last 4 hours. I have tried taking out the battery but this makes no difference.

My HTC Sensation (Android 2.3.4) with Sense UI 3.0, is having problems with its Sense. Every now and then when I return to my home screens, the UI will reload itself. I first noticed this after playing a game, and I figured it would be to save memory it unloads it, or something, but now I also notice it after being in the mail app, or even the settings. As soon as I press the home button, it completely reloads the Sense UI, as if it crashed.

I have an issue with my Blackberry Bold. My son sent me a video that he make on his phone and once I clicked on it, it started continually turning off and back on by itself. I tried to go back and delete the video, but I get a message that it is currently running.
View 4 Replies View RelatedYesterday i installed an app from Dictionary.com called Dictionary. i already had it installed but wanted to perform an update cause u cannot copy and paste the corectly spelled word directly into wherever u originally mispelled it. Anyway i performed an update, Bold asked me to reboot, now the phone boots half way, then restarts.over and over and over and over. Im back down to my Pearl. Is there any way to salvage this situation without me having to erase and reinstall everything from scratch? Is there a"safe mode" i can boot into on the phone and manually remove the app cause i have a feeling thats what's causing the reboots.

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy blackberry has a application running in the backround. The application is a black box with a question mark in it. I removed my battery like 3 times and and restarted it, it is still there. The application says "tweeting" under it. I even restored it and the problem still exists. I try to open it, and it just takes me to the home screen. It is really killing my battery. Please let me know ASAP because i need to close that app now.

This phone has never been activated. Its just a case of a teenager messing aound and screwing up a perfectly good new phone. Any ideas PLEASE???

I have had my sensation for over a week now. When I log out of some apps Sense often has to reload and takes around 5 seconds or more. This is happening daily. I have tried force quitting all non-essential apps then starting an app again to see if it still happens, it still does. It can happen with various app, such as maps, location, navigation, Firefox and others. I'm wondering if too much RAM is being used and Sense has to shut down then reload. I am keeping my usage to a minimum and not streaming any radio or so forth.

I haven't had any need to use the App world in a while, and I know it was previously loaded on my BB before the upgrade. I went looking for it today, and it's completely disappeared. I looked in Options > Applications, and found it in the Add-on section, and it says it was installed in March. View 1 Replies View RelatedMy curve 8310 that i got yrseterday keeps frezzing every 2 min it was on 02 and i had it unlocked to use on vodafone i have put the latest os on and tried the next one down but as soon as i put the phone down for longer then 1 min it will just frezze on the trackerball but i can press the caps lock and the num lock and they work .ive treid wipeing the phone on bbsak and then loading the os then doing the security wipe but it still frezzez up on me i cant think what else to do
View 4 Replies View RelatedIn my thread of "application installation issues", it seems to be determined that my carrier who I got the phone from, is blocking the install of applications as I get a 910 error, application authorization failure, when i try to install an application from: [URL]. After some searching, I've come across BBSAK, which I use to wipe the phone and reload the oS. I've also come across the tool "vendelete" which deletes the vendor.xml files.
So I do the following:
1. Uninstall the original carrier OS from pc.
2. Install OS from different carrier to pc.
3. Use vendelete to get rid of the xml files which it says no xml files were found.
4. Use bbsak to wipe the oS.
5. Reload the OS.
But when the phone boots up, it still shows the sign of the carrier which I don't want, so I presume nothing has been updated? since when I try to install the application again, I still get the 910 error.
How do I stop apps from reloading every time I unlock my iPhone? I have an iPhone 4 and at least 95% of the time I unlock it, some apps act as though they are reinstalling. It only lasts for about 3 seconds if that but it makes me feel like something is wrong with it.

I got my phone in April - a few tiny problems, such as frozen screens etc, but I turned a blind eye to it, hoping they're one offs! And then today - well, the phone basically is turnin itself on and off all day, going in a cycle - and what is so weird is like there is a ghost in the system, because it is bringing up the profiles screen and selecting profiles too Unfortunately, cannot even keep phone on long enough to carry out a master reset - have done he battery, SIM out for an hour etc Short of throwing this out the window, does anyone know what the solution is, or has anyone ever experienced these issues themselves?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI was half way through writing a text message the other night and my screen had what could only be reffered to as a brown screen of death. I force restarted the phone and the Sony logo would start up before it went straight to a black screen. I could tell there was a back light behind it though. Eventually after turning it off and on about four times it started normally and I didn't have any further problems... for 24hrs.
When my alarm went off this morning I had the same screen of death and was only able to turn off my alarm by force restarting my phone. Now when i restart my phone I can usually get it to turn all the way on but then it randomly 'blanks out' after a few seconds. When this happens I can continually press the power button to get me back to my lock screen. Sometimes the screen will stay active long enough for me to unlock the phone, occassionally long enough to even read or write a message, but always, whether it be after 1 second or 20, it eventually blanks out where I can eventually start from the unlock screen after continually pressing the power button.
In a word, it's infuriating. I have already had to deal with two broken screens with this phone (both whilst just sitting in my pocket) that have cost about $350 each to fix and now this. I am definitely never going to buy Sony again however I need this phone to last until the end of my contract.
So, I've had this phone for almost 3 months now. I'm barely able to text one of the few people that I talk to. Most of the time, they do not receive my texts until a week later, sometimes longer. I used to have the galaxy s5 with sprint and this happened with them too. I now have t-mobile and i have talked to them several times about this. After a lot of persistence, they put in a trouble ticket for me and that corrected it for about a week, then it started up again. Now they closed it and are telling me that it could be sprint's fault. I don't know what could be. I know that at one point I was accidentally blocked by the person, but it seemed to start after I ported my number over to a new carrier. I just want an end to this. I'm tired of contacting t-mobile every week.
