I recently replaced my old blackberry with a new 9900 Bold. I downloaded the new software and backed up my new 9900 in mid July. I just connected to my computer and when clicking on Blackberry Desktop, even though I am plugged into my computer, the Desktop says i am not connected.

After a while, my fingers get cramped using they BB keyboard and there must be a way I can do this. My razor came with software that connected my phone to my PC and you could see everything on your monitor and use your PC keyboard...it was awesome. Surely, there is software with BB that does this.

My Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 won't charge, and I can see I'm not the only one struggling with this! My problem was at first that my phone only would charge when it was connected to the computer with the usb. I bought a new charger but my phone wouldn't charge then either. So now I'm desperate to a solution, because now it doesn't charge when it's connected to the computer either.

In the past, when I connected my phone to my computer, I was able to see every picture Zoe had created. While this was a little messy it was great if I wanted to ensure I had at least one good picture; all I had to do was press Zoe and then look through the pictures it created.
However it's stopped doing that; now, when I connect to my computer I only get the 3 second video and the first frame.
Have a new Samsung S6, took photo's and video on it but when I connect to pc can only see photo's but can't see video's, but can still see them on my Samsung S6?

When charged to an outlet, my phone shows a message that it cannot receive incoming calls and must be restored through iTunes. When I disconnect the phone from the power source it shuts off. When I connect it to the computer, the apple sontinues to come on and nothing else happens. Almost as if it is resetting itself continuously. And it does not show on my iTunes.

I have downloaded and installed the latest Nokia OVI Suite. My phone (E72 - 1, ver 031.023) connects perfectly etc. My problem is that I want to install the latest ovi maps for my phone. Now, according to OVI Suite, my phone has "ALL" maps on it. But I cant see them (when accessing GPS)
Secondly, OVI Suite tells me: your computer is not connected to then internet, when I clearly am. Are there any settings I need to adjust so that the program "Sees" my connection? I cannot connect thorugh my device, as it always tells me: Unable to establish network connection. Please check that your settings are correct etc..." what settings? where do I adjust these?

View 4 Replies View RelatedMy 4 month old Xperia Z2 has always worked fine until today. It was connected to my Mac computer, and I was asked to update Sony bridge for MAC. After about 10 mins it said Update Failed on the computer. I disconnected the phone, but now the phone wont turn on - all I get is an error message saying "Software update failed, make sure that your phone is connected to the computer and try again"
However when I connect it, the device isnt recognised.
I cant switch the phone off or on, all thats happening is a continuous loop of red light and then the error message (it's on charge at the moment)....
i was charging my Xperia V on my laptop, and i received a call. Because of the rush, i just unplugged it off the cable and answered. When i plugged back in, the files in the memory card were no longer avalible from the phone (apps included) and it can't even read it with a SD adapter. I tried it on my desktop and i'm able to see the files, but i can't either format or move/copy/etc. Tried already to format in a mac, a camera and another phone, and failed. Tried another memory card on my phone and it works. Also tried with the SD adapter unlocked, and failed as well. I want to format it or remove the write protect.
