i had to get a new phone as my last blackberry died. i had a ton of contacts on it - how can i transfer them over? I am so frustrated reading book on the phone but does not work- looked online still does not work
View 3 RepliesI had a BB bold 9700, i backup all my files using desktop manager without specifying anything, now i got new bold 9790, i tried to restore the backup file using the desktop manager, after restoring, the backed SMS only appear, any idea how to troubleshoot this problem?
I backup the pictures separatly as jpg.rem, and transferred it to my PC, any idea how to transfer it to jpg?
I have managed to back up both devices usiing desktop software but having trouble transferring the contacts over.The old device is blackberry 8520 and the new device blackberry bold 9790.
