Nov 10, 2011Any easy way to copy my contact details from my BB bold to sim. The reason being that I'm getting a replacement phone tonight as this hand set is faulty.

BB Bold 9650 :: Why Does It Take So Long To Transfer New Photos To Handset?
Jul 16, 2010I plug my Bold up to my PC in Mass Storage Mode.I then copy the files from my PC to my Blackberry SDcard.
When I try to view the photos on my phone, I'm unable to right away.The new photos will not show until the phone rescans the entire SDcad for photos. This can take up to a minute or so. This is very annoying.
BB Bold 9700 :: 9700 Handset - Unable To Make / Receive Calls And Hear From Handset
Feb 24, 2010Recently I have been getting a problem with my 9700 Blackberry. When I make or receive calls, I can not hear anything out of my handset. The person on the other line can hear fine (Usually with me going Hello Hello a million times!) The only time I can hear anything is when I have my bluetooth on or switching it to speakerphone.
I tried doing the soft reset (battery pull when the phone was still on) ...still nothing. Although it did work a couple of times. Its on and off, but recently the situation has gone from bad to worse.Anyone out there with the 9700 with the same issue? It's really annoying and I do use the phone a lot for important calls.

May 17, 2012I had a BB bold 9700, i backup all my files using desktop manager without specifying anything, now i got new bold 9790, i tried to restore the backup file using the desktop manager, after restoring, the backed SMS only appear, any idea how to troubleshoot this problem?
I backup the pictures separatly as jpg.rem, and transferred it to my PC, any idea how to transfer it to jpg?

Jun 9, 2010I recently went on a trip and took over 200 photos on my Blackberry. I need a simple way to transfer all of them to my computer, since obviously emailing them one at a time or moving them one at a time is not practical.When I go to Options > Memory, all options are set to On (Media Card Support, Media Transfer Protocol, and Mass Storage Mode Support).When I go to Media > Pictures > All Pictures, I see all my photos. When I go to Picture Folders, it says Device Memory.
While connected to my PC via USB, I try to pull it up in Windows Explorer. I see options for MTP Device - Device Memory and MTP Device - Media Card. There are only empty folders under Device Memory. Media Card has nothing under Data, and only my music files under Media. Similar behavior when I pull it up under Windows Media Player.
