ive got a probem with my bbm, my display picture wont update since like a week ive tried everything like rebooting it, software update i even deleted bbm and reinstalled it a few times it worked at once but it stopped updating again

i am running os 7.1, bbm version 6.1.0.49.My profile display pic would not change on my contacts bbm, i can see it changed on my device but on their's they don't see it.

I was change avatars, crop and save more than more but still won't update, and I ask to my friend, he/she said: your bbm display picture not update from 1 weeks ago. I tried to fix this issues but still not work, this is what I have tried:
1. Host Routing Table & Battery Pull
2. Delete & Reinstalling my BBM, Downgrade & Upgrade
3. Reinstalling & Downgrade my Device software / OS
4. Send Service Book
5. Delete my bbm data from blackberry desktop software and restore it
6. Security Wipe & Restore it again
7. Run Diagnostics Test and got this result: ......
My bbm display picture doesn't update, regardless of how many times I change it .. I have the latest BBM 6.0.0.129 .. Also, my contacts have to change their display picture so it can appear to me, if they don't then it's just as if they don't have a picture!

maybe its just me that cant seem to get this, I got my galaxy S II on saturday added my songs from my other phone on it and every thing was fine but about two days ago I noticed for all my songs without the actual album image on it, shows just one picture on all its display.Like have got a song titled Surrender by Barlow girls but the picture on it when I try playing the song is Britt Nicole's lost & found album, and its like that for hundreds of my songs and I just find it extremely annoying.

High resolution Images or pictures from camera or web appear dotted and low quality. I see curved patterns in images with large Color Gradients. Also pictures or video taken from Atrix camera looks grainy and negative-like patches in dark areas.Is this a common problem? Could it be because of display resolution of the phone.
