Jan 24, 2012i am running os 7.1, bbm version 6.1.0.49.My profile display pic would not change on my contacts bbm, i can see it changed on my device but on their's they don't see it.

Aug 29, 2011I have just upgraded to the new blackberry 9900. I backed up my old device and transferred across all my contacts.
All contacts appear in BBM, but none of them have there display pictures showing. have checked with contacts via sms and they do not see my current profile picture either, even though I have one to display.
All data works and can BBM contacts with no issue. All data files have been updated by vodafone as well. I have tried a re install and also a battery pull.

The background display is still the picture and I was wondering was it possible to recover that photo. Aug 27, 2012I was upgrade my blackberry device software 9930 to 7.1.0.649, after restore all data, all my bbm contact avatar disappears, it will appears after change avatars (it's okay & no problem) but I can't update my display picture. I was change avatars, crop and save more than more but still won't update, and I ask to my friend, he/she said: your bbm display picture not update from 1 weeks ago. I tried to fix this issues but still not work, this is what I have tried:
1. Host Routing Table & Battery Pull
2. Delete & Reinstalling my BBM, Downgrade & Upgrade
3. Reinstalling & Downgrade my Device software / OS
4. Send Service Book
5. Delete my bbm data from blackberry desktop software and restore it
6. Security Wipe & Restore it again
7. Run Diagnostics Test and got this result: ......

Mar 24, 20101: when i send some images or files, i always have to wait that the receiver accept the file... how can we change this option... and go back with the old style? I understood that this is a "problem" of the new version of BB messenger.
If i send an image to a contact who still have an old model (es BB 8300) with the old software, on my phone is displayed "file sent" straight, without any wait. Instead if i send an image to someone who has a new software, i have to choose the size of the image, and wait for his acceptance. And i also saw that if a contact doesn't accept the file immediately, after some time (really i cannot say how many time), there is a kind of time out of the sending (displayed on his phone)...how is it possible (on my phone was always displayed "waiting for acceptance")? How can i cancel this option?
2: with the old software if someone didn't read a message, a clock appeared on the face of the contact, and then i usually set the advice, to know when he read the message thanks to the sound. With the new software instead, i saw you can just set the advice only if the contact is Unavailable.
