On my bold 9900. My bbm display picture doesn't show up. Other peoples phones and when update my status it doesn't show up until days later, also, my messages often don't send, the little red clock just shows up.

i have a problem with my Blackberry Messenger, it was fine when the phone was new but now it have 3 weeks and the problem begin, it is not showing my contacts profile pictures and they canīt see my picture, it is very annoying y have already installed and upgrade the phone software and the BBM and nothing work,

However, none of her BBM contacts can see the changed picture.Her BBM version is 6.0.0.129.We have tried waiting for several days, soft resets, battery pulls, deleting BBM contacts and replacing them.She is a new Blackberry owner and has only 12 BBM contacts, none of which can see her updated status pictures. They can only see the BBM status picture she initially saved when she first started BBM.Interestingly enough, the text of her status messages are viewable as she changes the text. it is only the picture that won't update on her contacts BBM.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI was upgrade my blackberry device software 9930 to 7.1.0.649, after restore all data, all my bbm contact avatar disappears, it will appears after change avatars (it's okay & no problem) but I can't update my display picture. I was change avatars, crop and save more than more but still won't update, and I ask to my friend, he/she said: your bbm display picture not update from 1 weeks ago. I tried to fix this issues but still not work, this is what I have tried:
1. Host Routing Table & Battery Pull
2. Delete & Reinstalling my BBM, Downgrade & Upgrade
3. Reinstalling & Downgrade my Device software / OS
4. Send Service Book
5. Delete my bbm data from blackberry desktop software and restore it
6. Security Wipe & Restore it again
7. Run Diagnostics Test and got this result: ......
My bbm display picture doesn't update, regardless of how many times I change it .. I have the latest BBM 6.0.0.129 .. Also, my contacts have to change their display picture so it can appear to me, if they don't then it's just as if they don't have a picture!

I'm not sure about the official name: it's the one appearing when you hit the top central bar of the main screen to visualise the incoming messages. Then, underneath, you get the next 3 appointments from your calendar.In fact I would like to get a "longer view" on my upcoming appointments than just 3 which seems to be a kind of default setting.Can we change this setting?

I need the "mute" and "loudspeaker" functions which are usually displayed on the screen during a call, So they are displayed on mine, but they are disfunctional and vanish when the display dims dark.Even if I put the blackberry on the desktop and keep 0.5m distance from it, it dims to dark screen within 2 seconds after pressing the "call" key, and even an immediate press on the "loudspeaker" icon in the left bottom corner of the touchscreen within these 2 seconds is ignored.

Once it sturted and worked for a cuple minutes and then same problem - display turns to black.
View 2 Replies View Relatedive had this issue before and sent it away to be fixed came back and was fine for a couple of months and now the problem is back tried doing a battery pull and everything loads it seams. i have tried using the desktop manager and it successfully loads the updated opperating system but same problem persist. the screen is just black and the blacklight lights up but i dont even see the loading bar when i put the battery back in.
