BB Bold :: Unable To Use Any Key?

I am unable to use any key of my BB Bold 9900. After reset by taking out the battery (and putting it back again), the display appears for some seconds and the lock sign in the right bottom corner is visible. But I am unable to unlock. The lock/unlock buttom on the top does not react, neither any key of the keypad.

I have been going through this forum for a while and have tried all of the fixes that I can find to no avail. I have a brand new Windows 7 64-bit machine, that never had the Desktop Manager installed. I have installed version 5.01 off of the web site. Windows is able to see the Blackberry in the Device Manager just fine and I can also see the internal storage available under My Computer and I can access all folders. The Virtual Ports (COM3 and COM4) are also available in Device Manager.
I went through and followed the clean uninstall and reinstall instructions and various other suggestions that I have already seen. For whatever reason, the Desktop Manager still won't see the BB. When going into Options in the Desktop Manager, it shows that USB is selected but still nothing under PIN.I am connected to the straight USB port on the back of the computer and have tried several there.

im currently using Bold 9900. when i log in to my blackberry id through my phone, its stated there unable to log in to your blackberry id account. so now i cant update my BB or download anything from Blackberry App World.

I'm using BB Bold 9900.
The BB protect requires an "authentication". When I click on it, it brought me to the BB ID sign in page.everytime I try to log in, it says "Unable to log in BB ID"!

Whenever I try to log into my Blackberry ID on my phone it comes up with a message saying 'Unable to log in to your BlackBerry ID account'. This pops up every time I try to get on it. I've tried deleting app world and reinstalling it several times. But this hasn't worked either.

I want to download app from blackberry world but can't log on using my blackberry id as usual. But when I use my email and pass word to log on blackberry id through blackberry website, it has no problem. I tried to set new password and log on again but I still doesn't work?

I just got my Bold 9900 a week ago.. and for some reason when i try to take a picture it wont save on the device ..or when it does it gets this black image.. i can record a video but when it comes to pictures it just dont work..!!! Never had trouble getting emails on my Blackberry until it suddenly stopped working a few days ago. ATT&T is my carrier. If I go to Service Status on the Blackberry, it says Blackberry Enterprise Server not connected. Wi-Fi not connected. SSID not connected. Type not connected.

I have a Bold 9700. Every time I try and turn on the phone I get to the load page and it gets two-thirds complete, then the phone cuts out and I get the red indicator light on, then that goes and and it trys to reboot again, this repeats over and over and I've had no luck getting past this.

I am using Bold 9780 with OS6. I uninstalled BBM and tried reinstallign again but not able to. Usually when you uninstall and try re-installing the button in the application world is highlighted. But in my phone its just displays a message as "Uninstalled" i am not able to re-install now.

I have put a blackberry id on my Bold 9900 .worst thing I ever did. I need to revalidate my e mail addresses but cannot get passed the blackberry id page as it either tells me "unable to log onto your blackberry id" or it locks me out saying the password is wrong, which it is not, I went and changed it as well, I revalidated on the website and was told "success" ..but still nothing. I cand send but cannot receive .. I am about to throw the thing out of the window!

i was able to log in prior to roaming in Europe andwhilst in Europe, but on return it does not recognise me, i have changed passwords numerous time and also have tried to register another email address, but it just asks to log in with the address assigned to this handset? it recognises me on the website, but from the handset. i have tried the work around on the website, stopping at the full factory reset, as have did this in the past

I have had my Bold 9700 (version 6.0) for 2 years on Rogers. Got it unlocked and moved to Koodo (they don't sell and/or support the 9700 model which I have) and the phone works fine but when I go in to set up the email and click on the icon nothing happens.This was working fine before.
The Koodo tech had me change the APN settings to bb.koodo.com but it did nothing. Also went through al the usual stuff like rebooting, etc..

I have the 9700 Bold, and its running on OS 5.0.0.344 and I have been trying to update to OS 6 but it says there is no update for my model, while at the same time the rest of my friends who have the same model as mine have UPDATED theirs to the running OS 6. I have downloaded the latest software for both the Desktop and Device from Blackberry but still nothing seems to click.

I'm having some trouble with my Bold's wifi and I'm not really sure where to begin - the wifi will work for a few minutes (browser displays the wifi icon), but then it'll suddenly disconnect, even if I'm still actively using it. I'm not really sure where to begin, but once it disconnects, i usually dissconnect the wifi and re-connect it, and it continues like that
