Motorola Motoactv :: Pedometer Not Kicking In When GPS Drops?
May 20, 2012I had 2 separate runs in the same general area today that seem to have had the GPS drop out. Problem being, I thought the pedometer was supposed to take over at that point so that the pace and distance don't get all screwed up. That didn't seem to happen here. I was running an approximately 9 minute pace the whole time, but had it dip down to 17 mins and it would not come back up... I could see this happening for a few seconds, but for minutes at a time? I will attach CSV files for your review.ow could this possibly happen at this point? This is such basic stuff for this watch to be able to do, why cant it hack it? With a pedometer and GPS it should NEVER be this far off. So disappointing.

Jun 22, 2010So on my tour all I used was Opera Mini as my browser, but I can't seem to get Opera to work on my bold. It freezes up and the trackpad is wayyyy too sensitive. Hopefully Opera will fix this issue, but until then what is everyone using now? Bolt? BB browser?

Mar 15, 2010My wife and myself are getting Bolds in a week. Im getting the 9700 and she wants the 9000. Just wanted to know if the 9000 will get the new web kit browser and is it compatible. Ive been trying to convience her on getting the 9700 but she wont budge. She wants a white Bold. May 30, 2010my blackberry has worked fine in the couple of months i have had it, however a few weeks ago the browser and bbm completely stopped working. i took the battery and sim out and then when i put them back in it worked fine again.a few days ago the same thing happened, i tried taking the sim out again and it didnt work, have done it a few times. i rang o2 and they suggested putting it on to manual network and try connecting again, have also done this a few times and it still hasnt worked. i have the right plan and pay to get unlimited browsing, it usually is fine but stopped working randomly.

May 10, 2010I have a Bold 9000. Its unlocked I was told its a international version since it dosnt say ATT or t-mobile at the bottom of the phone. Well it only has the hotspot browser. And when I go to options >browser configuration> browser it only has one browser which is the hotspot browser. Theres no other browser there. Is there anything I can do to add the other browsers? Because I don't want to just have wi-fi alone because not every where you go has wi-fi. Can any one help me or tell me what I should do?

Mar 23, 2012My browser stopped working about a week ago - can still email, bbm, facebook, twitter, weather network etc. Just can't look at any pages in browser. It says 'Requesting' along bottom and watch bar slowly move across, then it eventually says:'Unable to connect to the selected Mobile Data Service, please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your administrator'I've gone into a Bell store and after taking the battery out and back in(which I told him I'd already tried to no avail), he suggested its because my system is on v.5 and that I should go home plug it in and update it. Went home, plugged it in and 'no updates available'.Have now resorted to support forum solutions as its a business phone and can't let it get sent away even though I pay extra every month for the service plan. Have tried the Service Books recommendation and no change.

When I try to look at weather animations (i.e. radar loops), the page rebuils quickly and correctly except for where the "looped" image should be. There is either a blank white space(National weather service) or a blank black space (weather .com). Pulling battery made no difference. These loops used to work and I am not aware of any changes/deletions/new apps etc that could have caused the animations to stop working.
BB Bold :: 9650 Browser Won't Work
Feb 5, 2012My Blackberry Bold 9650 Browser won't work. I do have the blackberry data plan with AT&T and every time I attempt to open the browser, a message pops up "This is a Wi-Fi service. Please ensure your device has an active Wi-Fi connection and try again." When I try to change the browser option to internet explorer from Hot Spot browser there are not any other options that come up.

My bb seems to be getting signal from H2O and I can call, sms, etc. However, There seems to be a browser problem (yes, I'm on a data plan). I firstly, I went to the browser configuration option and tried changing my browser to H2O. However, it only shows Medianet and Hotspot. When I try switching it to hotspot and reopen browser config again, it still shows medainet even after I saved it. I also went to Settings>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table which shows *No Entries*?
